Estate Agency Events are the organisers of the Estate Agency of the Year Awards and the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards, widely accepted as the most sought after awards in our profession. As a result, each event attracts leading small, medium and large estate and letting agents from across the UK. The awards were established in 2003 with the aim of celebrating and endorsing best practice. Ever since we have been providing property professionals with a platform to reward hard work, high standards and exceptional performance.

Why events The events are each attended by over 500 senior people from the UK’s leading estate and letting agents and these are the people who make the strategic decisions, appoint industry suppliers and have ultimate say over budgets. The ability to connect with these individuals in a business/social environment is something that many of the best suppliers to the industry have come to appreciate that our flagship events provide more than any other. As a sponsor of the awards, you would benefit from brand exposure and networking opportunities that have the potential to deliver business opportunities from highly successful estate agencies, whilst also raising the profile of what you are doing to the industry at large. There are many marketing messages presented to agents by telephone, e-mail and print on a daily basis, which tend to act as interruptions as they are not in ‘buying mode’ whilst in the office. By removing agents from their day-to-day environment, they have a much more open mindset to explore new ideas and opportunities. Both events are full days and come in two parts. During the morning we host inspiring and informative seminars focused on business improvement and innovation within the industry. Prior to the seminars, delegates are directed to the exhibition suite and also within the mid-morning break to ensure that you have multiple opportunities to have meaningful dialogue with agents. After the seminars close there is a drinks reception also held in the exhibition suite which is then followed by the awards luncheon where the winners are announced. Sponsors are given the opportunity to present the awards on stage to the successful agents alongside our celebrity presenter.

The opportunity
A limited number of sponsorship packages are available for both events, to enable you to sponsor an award and exhibit to the delegates. You can choose to be involved in one of the events as a standalone package or agree a combined deal to support both events and benefit from a reduced rate.
Our events team will provide you with ongoing support in the buildup to, during and after the event to ensure that you get the most out of your investment. On agreeing to be involved, we will arrange a planning session with you to establish your objectives and how we can help you to get your desired result from the event/s. In addition to exhibition space the seminar programme may offer the opportunity to promote your products and services. Unlike some exhibitions where you only get a fleeting chance to meet people, this event provides extensive networking with key players. There are a range of sponsorship and exhibition packages available for both the Lettings and Estate Agency Awards, which can be tailored to meet your business requirements.
Headline Networking A headline package giving the sponsor the opportunity to own the event during the drinks reception. The drinks reception is held after the close of the morning seminars and includes drinks and canapĂŠs prior to the awards luncheon. The duration of this reception is a minimum of 1hr and we work with the headline sponsor to maximise their exposure during this period.
VIP Breakfast Sponsorship This package is almost entirely bespoke depending on the sponsors requirements and provides an opportunity to target a select audience and bring them together in an intimate setting prior to the big day. Previous events have had presentations and also special guest Q&A sessions. The aim is to identify an audience you would like to spend some valuable time with and then create a breakfast event that they will see as being worthwhile attending.
Specialist Category Sponsorship Each specialist award category, ranging from Marketing to Customer service, has a specific sponsor.
