The Brief To produce a marketing campaign for Intercounty’s newly acquired offices that provided a point of difference amongst its competitors.
The Idea “With over 150 estate agents already in Nottingham it’s quite clear a new one is needed”. We suggest that other agencies are all the same, act the same and sound the same but Intercounty is different and delivers a much better service. They are an agent who listen to their customers and understand their individual needs. They are “not another estate agency”.
The Results A very positive result which has led to increased valuations.
