Because we believe that no two weddings or couples are alike, we don’t have specific packages that you have to choose from. Instead we let you build your own collection so that you can have exactly what it is you’re looking for, and not have to pay a cent more for those added extras you don’t want or need. This booklet explains a little more about how we work, has some helpful tips for planning your wedding photography, and is fully priced. We are totally up front about our pricing, so that you know exactly what things cost from day one. ou have hundreds of wedding plans to make. Deciding who will bring your memories to life is one of your most important. When the flurry and excitement of your wedding day is over, it is beautifully captured images that help you revisit the romance, emotion and spirit of an event that passes so quickly.So, how do you choose the best wedding photographer for you?
Choose A Photographer Who You Can Relate To Each wedding is unique, and needs to be treated that way. Therefore I like to invest the time in getting to know you, and your wedding dreams. This makes all the difference on your big day. You will be more comfortable in front of me and my lens; and your images will have a more natural authentic feel. We spend a large portion of your day with you, so it’s important we get along, and can have fun together. We like to meet a couple times before your big day, do a location visit with you to check out where we’ll be taking the photos, and we’ll even come along to the rehearsal if you choose to have one.

Each piece has been chosen with such care, to tell your story and bring your day together beautifully. We promise to document each one to ensure you get the full picture of your wedding day.
creating a timeline for your big day Getting Ready: The Bride
Generally this is the part of the day people don’t allow enough time for. Talk to your make-up artists and get a realistic idea of how long hair and make-up will take. Once we arrive we will photograph your dress and accessories, and then get some stunning shots of the bride, and whoever else is there. We ask that everyone is dressed about 45 minutes before you need to leave for the ceremony. This will give us plenty of time to get those last photos of you as a nonmarried women.
Getting Ready: The Groom
Wedding Ceremony:
The length of your ceremony may vary widely depending on the type of service you wish to have. On average most ceremonies will range from 30 minutes to an hr. Your celebrant will be able to give you a more accurate idea of how long your service will be.
We all know that all the guys need is a quick shower shave and to chuck their suits on. We are however always happy to come and cover their chilled out start to the day. Generally our photographer will arrive about an hour before they need to leave for the ceremony, and will capture all those details such as the cufflinks and button holes, as well as the guys doing whatever they do best - be that playstation, or running around putting all the finer touches on your big day. Its also a great opportunity to get photos of the guys hanging out together before he says I do.
Wedding Party & The Newlywed Couple
Timing can vary depending on the size of the bridal party, and the number of locations you wish to go to. We would usually allow 1-1.5hrs for this part of your day. If we have to travel a distance then the time to do this also needs to be incorporated in.
Photos with your guests
We ask that you write a list of people that you would like your photo taken with, and we will work from this on the day. This ensures we don’t forget anyone. You can have as many or as few of these as you wish, and as a guide we recommend you allow 2-3 minutes per group shot, to get everyone together and photographed.
Your Reception
By working out the above you can decide when will be the best time to serve dinner. This part of the night is where you get to totally relax and enjoy yourself, so don’t worry about the timing to much here - as long as the caterers know when to have the food ready, and the DJ when to get the music playing, you should have everything covered.
Don’t worry too much, if you book with us - we will help you work out the perfect timeline to fit your needs. Because we don’t work on an hourly rate, there is no rush or fear of your photographers needing to hurry off, or of being charged extra if you run late. Its our job to ensure things are running smoothly on the day, so that you can just relax and enjoy it.

ecause every aspect about your day should be unique, we don’t make you fit into a pre-designed package. Instead we let you build your own collection, so that you can include only the things that are important to you, and not waste money getting things you’ll never look at again. How does it work? Well let me explain.
Base Package $1,995 incl.... GST • All day coverage, from the getting ready stage, through until the start of your reception, when you sit down to dinner. • Two photographers • All images selected, and hand processed to get the best out of them. • A proof book, so that you can see the photos and order anything extra you wish. • Your images in an online gallery for you to view and share with family and friends. • Location visit to check out the photo spots, and our attendance at the wedding rehearsal if you have one - this way we all know the plans for the day, and can ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
We work on a fee for service basis, rather than an hourly rate. This means you book us for the day, and then don’t have to worry about us leaving, or charging you extra to stay, because you were running a little late earlier on in the day. No more worrying about if you need 5 hours of coverage, or 8, we’re there for as long as it takes. This helps to take out some of the added time pressure and stress on your day. If you choose to book us, you start with our base package (outlined on the right), and then can add on whatever extras you wish. Want to be able to print your own images, and share them on the internet, then order the High-Resolution disc, want a stunning album, or a metal print to hang on the wall, then just add those - its completely up to you.

We work really hard to supply our clients with only the best products, and do our best to keep the majority of our products locally handmade by New Zealand companies. albums Each of our albums are handmade right here in New Zealand by Queensberry albums. These albums are of a stunning quality and will stand the test of time. So if you’re looking for a way to tell the complete story from your day, then this is the art piece for you. We offer two styles of albums. These are our signature albums, and our press books, and they come in two different sizes. We will happily show you samples of these when we meet.

These come in three different styles, and you are welcome to choose whichever style you prefer. There is a traditional matted style album, a more contemporary flushmount album, where the images are printed directly onto the page, as opposed to set behind a mat, and a duo album which combines both styles. No matter what style you go with each album includes 10 pages (20 sides), a silk or buckram cover, and your names set into the cover as per the bottom left photo opposite. wall art PRODUCT DETAILS Our canvas’s are archivally printed and come wrapped around a New Zealand pine frame, ready to hang on the wall. For framed prints, you will receive the size print listed below. This will then be matted in an acid free mat and framed in a classic black or white frame making the overall size, slightly larger than the dimensions below. Looking for something a little different - then check out our Metal Prints. These are a stunning modern art piece where your images, are printed directly onto aluminium. These are then hung with a spacer, so that they float unframed on your walls. Ask to see our sample, when we meet up - as these really are stunning.
