Our team is committed to assisting you with any concern, and educating you on how to use your Membership. Member Relations are also happy to assist with your eLounge website enquiries, and give you further information regarding Member Events.

Reservations Centre Our representatives are available six days a week to assist with all of your accommodation booking requirements or alternatively you can make reservations of Club Property online at your secure Reservation Centre website. The Online Booking Window opens at midnight (AEST). You can check availability, ask about a location, check your Première Points balance or

make a reservation through the Reservations Centre. Don’t forget you can use your Première Points at Club Properties, or utilise Bonus Time cash deals at Club Properties.

Billings Our Billings team are happy to assist with any questions you have regarding your annual Club Fee and organising a direct debit payment system.

For the period of their membership with Interval International, Accor Vacation Club Members have access to this range of accommodation using Première Points, a cleaning fee and an exchange fee. Your Première Points allocation lasts more than a year, allowing you to ‘save’ your points into the next year. Bronze, Silver, and Gold Members have 24 months from their Anniversary Date to use their Première Points, while Platinum, Traveller and Corporate Members have 27 months. Your Première Points Anniversary Date Each year on the Anniversary Date of your Membership for the life of your Membership, the Club will credit you with your Entitlement of Annual Première Points. Your Anniversary Date is the first day of the month following the actual month that full payment is received for your Membership, and can be found on your Membership Certificate and Card. Borrowing Première Points If you don’t have enough points for your desired holiday accommodation, you can Borrow Première Points from your next Membership Year to make up the difference. e.g. A Silver Member with 3,000 points in their 2018 account, requires 4,000 points for their desired 2018 holiday. They can Borrow 1,000 points from their 2019 points allocation to cover the difference. All you need to do is make sure your annual Club Fees for your current Membership Year, and the estimated annual Club Fee for the following Membership Year, are paid in full in order to Borrow Première Points.

You can: • deposit any amount of Première Points at any time - there is no minimum deposit (this allows you to draw down on the point value for a booking when your exchange is confirmed); • combine separate deposits to form the one exchange; • use leftover points towards another holiday. Once your exchange is confirmed the cleaning fee relevant to your booking will be payable. Remember, deposited points expire 2 years from the date of deposit. You need to book and travel by the expiry date to use deposited points.

Step Three Choose the dates you would like to take your holiday. Optimise your chances of availability by using your Booking Windows, being flexible and allowing for alternative dates should your first choice be unavailable. Step Four To determine how many Première Points you require, refer to the Points Chart and Seasonal Calendar on pages 102-103, or log on to the Member website and use your handy automatic Points Calculator. To deposit your Première Points into Interval International please call Member Services. Upgrading Première Points Alternatively, if you find that your holidaying needs have changed and you require longer or more frequent holidays than your points currently allow, you have the option to Upgrade to a higher level of Membership. Bronze, Silver and Gold Members must purchase sufficient additional points to Upgrade to the next level of Membership, while Platinum, Traveller and Corporate Members may purchase in increments of 1,000 points. Pooling Première Points Pooling allows you to take holidays with family and friends who are also Members. By Pooling Première Points you can combine your entitlements to book accommodation at the same time, allowing for more spacious accommodation and/or longer vacations.

Booking Windows Booking Windows assist in optimising the reservation process allowing longer stay holidays to be booked earlier than short stays, and to balance the availability of weekend stays with weekday stays.

• 1 Week or More Reservations (7 or more consecutive nights) Platinum, Traveller and Corporate Members can book 12 months or less prior to their Check-in Date; Gold Members 11 months or less prior to their Check-in Date; and Bronze and Silver Members 10 months or less prior to their Check-in Date. • 2 to 6 Night Reservations Book 6 months or less before your desired Check-in Date. Member Testimonials Highlights of Our 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration It took nearly a year of preparation. As soon as the booking period of 12 months opened up, the arrangements were made in May 2016 to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our whole Australian family. This included 2 daughters and their offspring: 3 granddaughters and 5 grandsons, ranging in age from 26 years to 7 years. Also, this had to cover the question of geography: our oldest daughter lives in Queensland (Caboolture) while the youngest lives close to our home at the NSW Central Coast (San Remo). So, the choice was made to spend a week in May 2017 at the Turtle Beach Resort at Mermaid Beach and then have a celebration dinner at the Mercure Resort at Palm Meadows on the actual day of our wedding (Saturday 20th May). It turned out to be a celebration indeed. First of all, the 3 apartments booked at the Turtle Beach resort turned out to be just right. Sleeping accommodation was catered for by the 2 two-bedroom apartments for our daughters and a one-bedroom apartment for my wife and myself. Although the entertainment at the resort was highly appreciated by our youngest grandson (the 7 year old), especially the Splash Zone, the main attraction for the more adult family members was The Deck with enough choice in drinks and food to satisfy the most hungry (and thirsty). It took a little while to get used to the maze of stairwells, paths and car parking, because all the rooms were spread out between stairwells 2, 5 and 12, until it was found that the easiest and quickest way from one room to another was via the car park.

Everything about Manly was perfect I just wanted to make contact and thank you for the booking you made on my behalf for which I used on Saturday night at The Sebel. Can I say what a stunning room it was, and how I found it difficult to leave it’s opulence yesterday morning. Everything about it was perfect, and I can understand why this establishment has won consecutive awards. The presentation of the apartment when I opened the twin doors to enter was amazing. I made a point of letting reception know my thoughts on departure yesterday, so I hope the relevant people get the feedback. Sometimes we forget to acknowledge what a great job some people do in their everyday work; i.e. the cleaning staff. (it was spotless). So again, my thanks Lucy for setting me up in such a gorgeous environment and allowing me a better than expected experience. Enjoy the rest of the day, Gary R. P.S. Could you tell me how much that particular room (402) would be for a Fri/Sat. stay and also just a Saturday night stay. The friends I had there for drinks prior to going out were so impressed they were enquiring as to the affordability.

Two Great Stays with Accor Vacation Club

The week flew by amidst visits to shopping centres (Robina, Harbour Town, Pacific Fair, Surfers Paradise and so on) and an entertaining trip to Tamborine Mountain. As luck would have it, there was only one day of rain (and then only in the morning) while the remaining days made the Gold Coast live up to its reputation of sunshine and mild weather.

Then of course the highlight of the week: dinner at the Mercure Resort. The choice of food was excellent and catered for the tastes of everyone (including the 7 year old – hurray!). Even the drinks were greatly appreciated as per Australian tradition.

The resort itself is amazing for families. Heated pools, waterslides and a waterpark with life guard, but the little kids pools is what my son and I loved best.

So, that was the week that was. The heaps of photos that were taken will remain in the family as a great memory of our 50th wedding anniversary, I’m sure. Janine and Paul W

My family and I love the Accor Vacation Club. We recently enjoyed 7 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment at Turtle Beach Resort. It is in a great location. We enjoyed amazing weather which allowed us to walk a short distance to the beach every day. My son aged 3 loved building sand castles.

The apartments were superb. Parking a breeze. The only difficult thing was 3 flights of stairs carrying luggage. We are currently enjoying a few nights at the Grand Mercure at The Vintage in the Hunter Valley. Again 5 stars for location and rooms. So close to some great wineries, Hunter Valley chocolate, the zoo, gardens and cheese shop. The facilities are great. So many things to do. Close to golf and massage.
