Leman Arseven (1912 – 1973) war eine Malerin und Pianistin und eine Freundin von Berksoy. Sie war mit dem Maler und Kunsthistoriker Celâl Esat Arseven verheiratet. Das Paar veranstaltete viele Abende mit der Istanbuler Kunstgemeinde, an denen auch Berksoy teilnahm. /
Leman Arseven (1912 – 1973) was a painter and a pianist and a friend of Berksoy’s. She was married to the painter and art historian Celâl Esat Arseven. They hosted many nights with the Istanbul artcommunity in their house, which also Berksoy attended.
Zeliha Berksoy,
Zeliha Berksoy (*1946) ist die Tochter von Berksoy. Sie ist Filmund Theaterschauspielerin und Universitätsprofessorin für Theater. Zeliha studierte an der Theaterabteilung des Staatlichen Konservatoriums in Ankara und arbeitete später an Theatern in Berlin. Sie verwaltet auch den Nachlass ihrer Mutter. / Zeliha Berksoy (*1946) is Berksoy’s daughter. She is an actress in film and theater and a university professor. Zeliha studied at the theater department of the Ankara State Conservatory, and later worked in theaters in Berlin. She also manages the estate of her late mother.
Fikret Mualla (1903 – 1967) war ein Maler. Er zeichnete Kostüme für Opern in der Türkei und illustrierte Gedichte für Nâzım Hikmet. Er lebte auch in Paris, wo er hauptsächlich das Nachtleben malte und sich unglücklich in die Malerin Hale Asaf verliebte. /
Fikret Mualla (1903 – 1967) was a painter. He designed costumes for operas in Türkiye and illustrated poems for Nâzım Hikmet. He also lived in Paris, where he painted local nightlife and had an unlucky love affair with fellow painter Hale Asaf.
