Cara Popping- Baby sleep consultant As a mother of two, with a Bachelor of Education and 10 years experience in the classroom, Cara knows the importance of sleep for the developing brain. Cara has herself experienced the struggles that sleep deprivation bring, and worked with a consultant to resolve her own childrens sleep issues, which sparked a passion she turned towards solving other families sleep struggles. Cara is empathetic, caring and highly sought after as a consultant. The sleep talk will cover the following: • Sleep props vs good sleep associations • Sleep cycle changes around 4/5 months • Solids and their effect on sleep • Early morning wake ups • Teaching your baby to sleep through • Age appropriate nap schedules • Swaddling how and when to stop • Movement, developmental milestones and the effect on sleep • Teething and its effect on sleep
