室内人数限制也被取消。但是，对于与课程无关的活动，我们强烈建议你在 大型活动中（超过500人的活动）使用分配的座位，或在最大人数限制下，根 据每个人间隔一米时可占用空间的最多人数来做出计划。
绿灯系统 在任何环境下，无论是室内还是室外，都不会有口罩佩戴的要求，也没有人数和 聚集的限制。

Value for the next week is: Trustworthiness The ability to be relied on as honest or truthful.
Sunderland First XI vs St Peters (West/Central T20 semi-final) Having lost the toss, Sunderland were put into bat. A steady start from Sahil Patel and Finn O’Connor set the innings up well and some fireworks at the end from Shaldrick Adhar saw the team post 158/6 from our 20 overs. Early wickets put St Peters on the back foot, but a recovery through the middle saw them needing 60 runs from the last 6 overs with 7 wickets still in hand. Some sharp fielding and bowlers holding their nerve saw Sunderland come out on top with St Peters finishing on 130/6, a win to Sunderland by 28 runs. Shaldrick Adhar was the standout player on the day, with 28 not-out with the bat, two wickets bowling and two excellent stumpings while wicketkeeping. Sunderland will play Waitakere/Hobsonville this weekend in the final of the division.

Study Hacks Studying = Student Dying! Studying is something most of us dread as it is not entertaining. I get distracted very easily! So, here’s some hacks that worked for me! 1) 2)

Try not to work in your bedroom, and no I’m not saying to go study in your siblings/parents’ room; try studying in your kitchen or even in the hallway. Somewhere where you can’t get easily distracted. If you must study in your room, avoid your bed. You sleep in your bed and relax there, doing homework or studying in bed will make you super comfy your brain will think it’s time to sleep. Another negative about working in bed is when you go to relax/sleep your brain can think its time to work, giving you a restless night’s sleep. Try working on a seat, at a desk or on the floor. A handy hack which is very underrated is being prepared. A lot of people are like “yup, I’m prepared,” but are you really? A few things you should have before you study are: tissues, water, one or two HEALTHY snacks, a minimalistic to-do list about what you want to cover, the necessary stationery and books. You may need a few other things but try to avoid electronics, games, anything that will distract you. Writing a song about the topic really helps. This one may seem weird, but it really helps (just don’t sing it in your exam). Exercising and showering are important every day, but can really help when you are studying. Try 30 minutes exercise every day and having a five-minute cold shower in the morning, and a nice warm relaxing shower before bed to boost productivity. Having a clean workspace is very helpful and can help improve efficiency. It helps you stay calm and not become frazzled and/or unorganised. Having set work times is a hack that is meant to train your brain. Try starting at 8.30am and finishing at 3.00pm, just like school hours, but if you don’t feel like doing that during the holidays; try pushing it forward or back an hour or two. Finally, wear something comfy! And no, I don’t mean hop into your pjs; I am trying to say wear some comfy leggings or sweatpants and a comfy t-shirt/ hoodie, rather than something that will distract you from your work because it is uncomfortable.

The Tania Dalton Foundation are delivering the Boost programme in the next school holidays at Avondale College. This programme is aimed at year 7&8 girls that attend West Auckland schools and is Free to attend. The programme runs for 3 days, Tuesday April 26th to Thursday April 28th so week two of the holidays, they provide the girls with a safe and supportive environment to try a few different sports and activities to build confidence, connection and opportunity. Whānau can register the girls themselves via online registration.
