London School of Public Relations (LSPR) - Jakarta was established in 1992 and offers a Bachelor Degree and Master Degree in communication studies. Dedicated in producing high quality and skilful communication graduates, as a leader of communication institutes in Indonesia,LSPR – Jakarta creates an interactive learning environment and research structure as well as recognizes the need to globalize the next generation,by collaborating with other international organizations, institutions, and universities. LSPR – Jakarta is now globally recognized as the leading graduate school of communication in Indonesia. It pioneers creative excellence programmes, events and activities that have become references for other education institutions especially in the communication field. Credible media such as Tempo, Mix Magazine and Sindo Media have awarded LSPR - Jakarta as the Best Graduate School of Communication in Indonesia. LSPR – Jakarta is accredited A for Undergraduate Programme and accredited B for Postgraduate Programme by BAN PT (National Accreditation Board for Higher Education) and has ISO 9001:2008 and IWA 2:2007 certifications for its quality standard and has been acknowledged locally and internationally. LSPR – Jakarta is recognized internationally, offers international programmes which include cooperation with United Kingdom, Australia, United States of America, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, The Netherlands, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau and China. LSPR acquired a license to run an Undergraduate Programme for Bachelor’s Degree in 1999, concentrating on the six areas, most relevant to the communications business in Indonesia. he International Relations Office is strongly committed to internationalization and globalization. Our objectives are to strengthen international recognitions through partnerships and collaborations, to create global opportunities for students and faculty through international research and activities and to produce future leaders in communications who are prepared to interact and compete globally. We offer a variety of international programmes and internship opportunities in several countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, United Kingdom, China, Philippines and USA in the areas of study tour programmes in film making and cross cultural communication, joint projects, international work experience, student exchange, study abroad and international conferences. This international programme provides students the opportunity to challenge their creativity through eye opening activities in an international environment, enhances their interpersonal skills and communicate in English, which is the language of instruction used during classes and workshops. Students also learn to be independent and experience the local culture in various countries, gain international perspectives on best practices and also home stay experience with host families or other international students. It is also our desire to see students and faculty expand their international exposure, knowledge as well as gain strong cross-cultural experiences through these exchange programmes and international projects. During the study tour programme, students will attend classes regularly with local university students and participate in communication workshops, city research, joint projects, presentation, sightseeing, cultural visits, field trips to e-media and print media to listen, observe and learn first hand how media operates in the host country. As for the internship programme, students will be deployed to reputable corporations and government organizations where they will experience real time working environment and tasks. Selection of the international study tours and countries may vary each year. At the end of the programme, students will be required to submit a written report, where they will earn six credits for the international study tour or internship programme that they participate in.

International Affairs for Academic Collaboration (IAAC), a part of LSPR International Office since 2013 supports the existing International Office in Internationalizing LSPR Jakarta academically by establishing strategic academic links between LSPR Jakarta and Universities/Institutions based globally. The objective of IAAC is to provide a platform to the lecturers and students of LSPR Jakarta and partnering institution/s to understand, share and learn credit bearing subjects/units in addition to the learning the cultural values of each other which is of prime importance to lead and manage successfully in this world of multicultural environment. IAAC offers a variety of International programs such as Student Exchange Programs (SEP), Study Abroad Programs, Dual Degree Programs (DDP) and Lecturer Exchange Programs (LEP).

International Affairs for Academic Collaboration 1. Dual Degree Program (DDP) DDP is a program at Bachelor level (S1) which involves a student studying for two different universities degrees in parallel, completing them in lesser amount of time than it would take to earn them separately. They will pay the tuition fees to the foreign university during their study there in addition to the cost of living. The subjects learnt during these semesters have to be agreed by LSPR Jakarta as the credits for subjects learnt in the foreign university will be transferred back to LSPR Jakarta.
Benefits of a DDP are: - International Exposure - Dual Degree in 4 years - Part Time Job (depending on the respective country regulations) - External NAP: 15 points

2. Study Abroad Program (SAP) SAP is a program such that LSPR Jakarta Students will study for 1 semester in a foreign university during the period Aug/Sep – Dec/Jan. They will pay the tuition fees and also bear the cost of living. The subjects learnt during this semester have to be agreed by LSPR Jakarta as the credits for subjects learnt in the foreign university will be transferred back to LSPR Jakarta. Benefits of SAP are: - International Exposure - Credit Transfer

3. Student Exchange Program (SEP) A Student Exchange Program (SEP) is a program of exchanging students between LSPR and Partnering university/institution. This program is further split into two: Outward SEP and Inward SEP Outward SEP: It is a program such that LSPR Jakarta Students will study for 1 semester in a foreign university during the period Aug/Sep – Dec/Jan. They will pay ONLY the cost of living as the cost of tuition fee is “waived off” for students being exchanged between the two institutions. The subjects learnt during this semester have to be agreed by LSPR Jakarta as the credits for subjects learnt in the foreign university will be transferred back to LSPR Jakarta. Inward SEP: It is a program such that foreign university students will study for 1 semester in LSPR Jakarta during the period Feb/Mar – Jun/Jul. They will pay ONLY the cost of living as the cost of tuition fee is “waived off” for students being exchanged between the two institutions. The subjects learnt during this semester have to be agreed by foreign university as the credits for subjects learnt in LSPR Jakarta will be transferred back to foreign university. Benefits of SEP are: - International Exposure - Credit Transfer - Free Tuition Free for International Study - External NAP: 15 points
