Die folgenden Servierartikel bestehen aus 100% Melamin und haben Vorteile, die Profis im täglichen Gebrauch zu schätzen wissen: - erstklassige Porzellan-Optik - extrem bruchsicher, daher keine gefährlichen Scherben - glänzende und harte Oberfläche - robust und stabil - lebensmittelecht, hygienisch, geruchs- und geschmacksneutral - formbeständig und geräuscharm - temperaturbeständig -30o - +70o (entspricht Richtlinie 2002 / 72 / EC) Anwendungshinweis: - die Artikel sind nicht für den Einsatz in der Mikrowelle, Heißluftdämpfern oder auf Öfen geeignet - nicht für das Kochen oder Braten einsetzbar Melamin Geschirr kann man als synthetisches Porzellan bezeichnen, da es aus einer Kombination von Zellstoff und Harz besteht und daher die gleichen Eigenschaften aufweisen kann. Es verfügt über herausragende Materialeigenschaften, die sich gegenüber Glas und Porzellan bezüglich der Nachhaltigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit einen deutlichen Vorsprung verschaffen. Die ausgesprochen hohe Belastbarkeit und die Material Unempfindlichkeit haben sich in der Gastronomie bewährt.

Garantierte Qualität APS Melaminprodukte entsprechen der Richtlinie 2002 / 72 / EC der Europäischen Kommission. Diese enthält Bestimmungen für Materialien aus Kunststoff, welche mit Lebensmitteln in Berührung kommen. Wir arbeiten sehr eng mit den Zertifizierungsinstitutionen Intertek und TÜV zusammen und können somit die Lebensmittelechtheit (LFGB Regulation) der APS Melaminartikel garantieren. Guaranteed quality APS melamine products comply with directive 2002 / 72 / EC of the European Commission. This contains provisions for plastic materials which come into contact with foodstuffs. We work very closely together with the certification institutions Intertek and TÜV, and are therefore able to guarantee the compatibility with foodstuffs (German LFGB regulation) of APS melamine articles.

In this organic Series, with its large rounded corners, the organic look and feel of this endearing Gastro Norm series disguises the functional and versatile features. The large and small sized trays and bowls work well individually and also harmonize as a GN system. Additionally the tray acts as a lid and positions itself in the bowl. The bowl shape is reminiscent of a classic basket. This association is strengthened through the unique colour combination.

Professional catering places special demands on form, as well as functional and decorative aspects. The idea of a series of dishes with a distinctive edge area is implemented playfully by means of an asymmetric form with trendy retro elements. The function of convenient handling is combined with the possibility of creative and stylish presentation of foods. Form follows function and is the determining factor for the product “Apart”.

Die zwei Höhenvarianten sind entwickelt worden, dass nahezu jedes handelsübliche Geschirr genutzt werden kann. Zinc die-cast, hard chrome-plated, the arms and base are equipped with nonslip surfaces (no slipping!), heavy, stable quality; base serves as spoon holder; stackable; bowls, dishes, plates and trays are presented as a highlight in a very compact space. The two height variants were developed to enable use with practically all standard dishes.
