To learn to manage an application for the creation of a web site to build a professional portfolio or information services site for the information professional in practice communities in the Caribbean. 2. To create an account in Google Sites, to build a professional portfolio.

3. To create a virtual page as an information professional, adding content, links and electronic resources that show the commitment with the profession

It shows mastery in the professional competencies and in the development of his/her professional and personal performance to a potential employer.

It is a frame of reference to document the outstanding, out of all your work, with specific examples that put into evidence your expertise in one or more areas.

It has to be modified and updated periodically, to meet certain needs and purposes as the situations arise.

It shows his/her contribution to the profession in the Caribbean region inside and outside the work area.
