EDI TO RI AL
Dear Readers, It would be very easy these days to show no pity for some people or situations, especially after having had confirmation that stupidity and arrogance of the human being go hand in hand. But I won’t do it. I don’t consider myself an arrogant man or a stupid one. Instead I would like to share with you some considerations, as always very simple and not pretentious, about the impossibility of doing anything in life without passion. This is a concept that somehow is connected and counterposed to the theme of this month cover, the Sloth. Imagine a Formula 1 pilot without passion for cars, or a violinist without love for music, or a sailor without pathos for the sea. Many of you will think that it is impossible to do these jobs without passion, and I agree with this view on life. There will be other people that instead will think: “a pilot earns a lot of money so I would do it even if I don’t love cars!”. Also this opinion can be shared, but how many of you really think that these people would become great pilots? Or at least, how many of you think that these people do their best every day? I grew up with the idea that a life without passion is like a plant without light. In my life I’ve always done everything with passion, diligence and sacrifice, receiving back most of the times contrary opinions, objections or meeting people who didn’t believe in me and in my ideas. To choose this path is not easy and it will never be, to live with passion will lure a lot of sharks that make their own life a faint reflection of other people’s life. Will you be alone? Yes! Will you be vulnerable to other people’s prejudices? Yes! Do not expect anyone to believe in you or to support you, especially in the most critical moments. But maybe this is the good part, because when you will make it, and I’m sure one day you will, the satisfaction will be greater than you ever thought. Because we will never stop. Because we are deeply passionate. Because we are insane, passionately insane!

elcome to the Estelle & Thild world, where the beauty has an eco-friendly conscience. Discover the new generation of innovative skincare products, created from organic ingredients that have been tested and certified. Estelle & Thild is more than a 100% Swedish brand: it provides a luxury solution for the skincare that is efficient and sustainable. Pernilla Rönnberg established the company, based in Stockholm, in 2007. The brand focuses on the innovative scientific research and use only pure bioactive ingredients. As ex CEO of a skincare company, Pernilla is aware of the harmful chemical substances and of the chemical ingredients used by many skincare brands. She started to think about the world in which her daughters, Estelle and Mathilde, would have grown in and decided to develop an innovative skincare brand based on high impact results and with
organic ingredients. “A normal morning cream can contain more than 200 different chemical substances. Many ingredients are added in the cosmetic formulations to create pleasant, scented and colorful textures. These substances can also prolong the expiration date of a product. I think that this is useless besides being harmful. Using non-pure ingredients can be dangerous for the skin and the body. Therefore, I decided to use only bioactive ingredients and natural substances in my products. All of our formulas don’t contain pesticides and toxic substances and are all certified by Ecocert. Every Estelle & Thild line has a unique combination of active ingredients and proved results. We are more than a simple skincare brand, Estelle & Thild offers an efficient solution for the skincare with luxury and organic ingredients.” Commented Pernilla Rönnberg, Founder & Thild CEO.

The third point is the imminent decree that allowing the entry of private capitals could redefine the power relations in the industry. This subject could seem not connected with the previous but it’s from the way the pharmacies will be able to place themselves on the market will depend their ability of being protagonists in this change” stated Marco Nardi A.D. LoveForWork. “The Pharmaceutical Industry, in 2015, billed 4.2 billion Euros, 1.8 in cosmetics and 2.4 in supplements, it is evident that the consumer make a precise decision in buying at the pharmacy a cosmetic and/or a nutraceutical” says Stefano Fatelli, president of the Gruppo Cosmetici in Farmacia di Cosmetica Italia. There is, therefore, a type of pharmacies that have intercepted, and understood this

t’s the new frontier of wellness through the study of all the elements that can be taken orally or applied on the skin and have a positive action on our wellbeing. This is what came out at the last Cosmofarma that took place in Bologna. This is also the goal of many companies in the sector. Adamis Group Italia - LoveForWork in collaboration with the University Carlo Cattaneo LIUC and the assistance of Cosmetica Italia were the organizers of the Convention “Cosmetics + Nutrition = New opportunities for Pharmacies”,

an opportunity for interaction, debate with the insiders, where a part of the research was presented to better understand the phenomena happening in the sector. “Three are the phenomena that are characterizing the sector and are now confirmed. First, the research from wider and wider category of consumers of wellbeing, intended with a broader meaning and not only on the health aspect. A research of wellbeing that can involves different actors and sectors. The second phenomenon is the ability of the pharmaceutical system to intercept this needs through not only the growing offer with the cosmetics, the nutraceuticals, supplements, functional foods but through a redefinition of the concept of pharmaceutics. 35
NEWS event before the others, by recognizing theselves as a reference point, and creating a bundle, ie presenting different products, such as food and cosmetics , and integrating them, on a visual and commercial point of view, and providing a transversal interpretation. “The research found that there is a group of pharmacies that have understood the phenomenon, and that they are working on it from some years” continues Giuseppe Toscano Coordinator of the Master in Pharmacy Management of the University Carlo Cattaneo LIUC. “This cross-cutting phenomenon does not concern only the pharmaceutical industry but also the food and cosmetic ones, ie, the whole world of wellness research. ”It is very important, therefore, that this channel recognizes the great opportunities of this moment, continuing to maintain its identity without disregarding the original role of the pharmacy: if the concept of disease joins the concept of health and wellbeing at 360°, the result you get is the winning one of the pharmacist. “Let’s not forget that the pharmacy is still one of the landmarks of Italian society” said Maria Pia Orr. President of Federfarma Cagliari. Analyzing the data you can see that 65% of the
total value of the sector is represented by US markets, China, Japan, South Korea and Italy. Data that in perspective will grow again until 2019: in particular, it is estimated an annual average growth between 0.8% and 0.9 % for South Korea and Japan, 2.9% for the US market and 4.2 % for Italy ( FederSalus source). “Flanking the sale of ethical drugs with all this range of products such as nutraceuticals and cosmetics, can undoubtedly increase the marginality and the pharmacy’s value” concludes Riccardo Rotondo Senior Manager Ernst & Young. It’s clear, therefore, that this container (wellness, well-being and health research) will result in a greater competition on several fronts and sectors concerned. You will then need to focus on the professionalism of the pharmacist, who thanks to his training and preparation remains the ideal protagonist. It will be his interest to learn new and different approaches, entrepreneurship and managerial skills to succeed in what it is certainly the new business in the coming years.
“Instead of eat and take care of your body, the new slogan is “take care of yourself eating”. And where it’s not naturally possible, there are several products that can be used for that purpose thanks to a sector that is growing every day both in quantity and for the accuracy of scientific studies.” 36

NEWS your heart beat with a hot and exciting story - warm it up with the dangerous games that Anastasia Steele decides to start with Christian Grey. If you’re used to normal relationships and you don’t live on Mars, you surely know that Anastasia and Christian are the protagonists of 50 shades of gray, the first chapter of the trilogy created by E. L. James who sold millions of copies around the world and became a movie. So, between absurd contracts, unresolved childhood trauma, romance 2.0 and lots of unconventional sex, the love story told in the first person by Anastasia in 50 shades (and recently also available from the Christian Grey’s perspective, published in Italy in 2015), is ready to make the spicy change that your imagination was waiting for. Some might say that such a transgressive and provocative story is not ideal for the relaxing moments under the umbrella. Therefore, an alternative might be represented by a story that reflects a form of more traditional but still modern romance, such as that proposed by After, the literary saga already best seller that consacrated the “young adults” genre. It tells the story of Tessa, the good girl with a perfect life, a perfect boyfriend, a perfect family, but

On the stern we find a spectacular Beach Club of 90 square meters. It is an oasis, ideal for relaxation, with nice areas to sunbathe and with an easy access to the sea. The power produced will sail the yacht as well as meeting all the demands of the cabins. There are several advantages, from low consumption to high autonomy. All the energy sources on board are controlled from the Power Management System, an intelligent system, fully integrated with the yacht that manages the energy coming from the pier, from the generator and the battery banks, distributing it between the hotel needs, the propulsion system and the recharging of the batteries when necessary.
WIDER 150 offers a maximum speed of 15 knots. At a speed of 13 knots it has an estimated navigation range of 3,000 nautical miles that can grow to a 4,200 to the echo speed of 11 knots. The yacht can also sail exclusively with batteries, in Zero Emission Mode. In this case the cruise is really quiet and the speed is reduced to 5 knots. It is the ideal choice for short trips and allows you to not turn the generators on and in the early morning for a calm ride. F.N. JUNE-JULY

he summer is almost here and like every year a question pops up: protection or no protection? One certain thing is that today the way we enjoy the sun must change: it is necessary to give up on an indiscriminate tanning used as welfare indicator, but without giving up on our plein air appearance, which makes us feel beautiful inside and out. We must therefore acquire a more constant and conscious culture of photoprotection and reduce sun exposure between 11am and 4pm. But why? For our health, to not challenge the integrity of our skin through risky behaviours. It’s essential to modify our behaviour and live sun, sea and vacation with responsibility and consciousness. Several studies confirm that the risk factors for developing skin degeneration are linked to personal misbehaviors, such as excessive exposure to the sun without protection during the summer and the use of tanning beds during the winter. And especially severe sunburns before the age of 15: 3 events of this type in the first few years of life are enough to increase the risk of developing melanoma, and unfortunately light skins are more likely to develop certain types of skin degeneration. You should also consider as risk factors the colors of your skin and hair, identified with the so-called skin types: 49

Millennials are an heterogeneous generation that has made communication its forte. The development of instant messaging systems such as MSN Messenger before and then WhatsApp have radically changed social relations, more and more immediate, instant and never planned. Spaghetti with bruscandoli’s pesto by Tamara Giorgetti from the blog unpezzodellamiamaremma.com
“B
ruscandoli” are the end tips of the hop plants. Many called them wild asparagus but that’s not correct. They have a delicate taste and they are use in the kitchen to make a frittata or with pasta. You can find them in the North of Italy, specifically in the Veneto

region and you almost can’t find them in Rome. I found them for the first time few days ago and I immediately tried to make a pesto, since I love pesto. For this “bruscandoli” pesto you need also pine nuts, almonds, a good extra virgin olive oil, pecorino cheese and Parmesan.
1 bunch of fresh bruscandoli, 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil, 20 gr of shredded pecorino romano cheese, 20 gr of shredded Parmesan cheese, 300 gr of spaghetti.

directions Clean the bruscandoli taking out the softest parts, the sprout and a part of the stem. Dip them in boiling water for a few minutes and then drain them. Fill a pot with water and bring it to boil. Blend the bruscandoli with the pine nuts and add some oil, continuing to blend until you obtain a cream. If necessary add a teaspoon with boiling water and keep blending.

Cooking time 40 minutes
When the water is boiling add a spoon of salt and the spaghetti and let them cook for the right amount of time; in the meanwhile place the pesto in a bowl, add the cheeses and, if necessary, more oil. When the spaghetti is ready, place them in the bowl and mix them very well. A teaspoon of cooking water will help you to melt it. Serve hot and enjoy this very delicate pesto with a slight hint of bitterness.

It’s the same for the interior, where we find the main console angled toward the driver that has at the top the “touch“ display with which you can control the infotainment system Seat Full Link, combined with Apple CarPlay functions, Android Auto and MirrorLink, including the charger for smartphones. It has a great electronic security systems equipment: the Traffic Jam Assist keeps the speed moderate, accelerates, brakes and steers automatically, and, from 60 km / h automatically adjusts the speed and the distance with the vehicle ahead; the “Emergency Assist“ system is able to detect the inactivity of the driver and intervene with a beep
and light brake shots to then stop the vehicle safely. It has, moreover, a system that recognizes the blind spot, the one that reads road markings and the traffic alert device when you reverse the car. A wide choice of engines, all euro 6, from the small 1.0 gasoline one to the 2.0 turbo diesel.
