PANAMAX – Rebrand us
The Brief Design a set of identities for Panamax that can be applied across a product range. Your design solutions will be presented in the form of pharmaceutical packaging and will help users get the product information they need quickly. This is not just another rebrand in the hope of selling more products.
Background Panamax are a brand of pharmaceutical pain relief products. Temporary relief of pain & discomfort in arthritis, headache, muscular & neuralgic conditions. Reduces fever. We want Panamax to be a natural choice for pain sufferers.
Concept/Proposition Clean and information focused. Communicate a sense of quality and value. Considerations Your design solutions should reflect the brand’s quality and value. Your solutions need to focus on the end user experience. They need to be able to decipher the information you present quickly.
Mandatory Requirements Three identities are to produced and applied to three individual packaging prototypes. Each product must have an outer box and product information sheet. The new Panamax identities should be presented clearly on each product.
How will they be implemented online? Are their any brand guidelines? How can this brief develop beyond the conventional? Target Audience The users of these products cover a broad social range. The value of product is low compared to our competitors and the therefore reflects our target audience.
Deliverables 3-5 A2 Presentation boards showcasing the new identities and presenting them in context (packaging).
Tone of Voice Be clear but do not patronise. Be Clinical but soothing. The product needs to communicate that users have made the right choice.
