Specially formed, high-performance nylon microfibers are nearly indistinguishable from the collagen fibers of leather, yet are three times stronger and also provide better abrasion-resistance.
SAFETY FEATURES: Steel Toe: Footwear that meets or exceeds the ASTM Standards for compression and impact testing rating of I-75/C-75.

1. T he fabric liner wicks away perspiration from the body and transports it to a layer of co-polymer foam. 2. Upon contact with perspiration, this “Smart Foam” absorbs and stores moisture away from the skin in a gel-like substance. 3. DRYZ® also has special, patented odor-killing agents called ReScent® that destroy odor on contact, as well as additional ingredients that fight the growth of fungi and odor-causing bacteria. 4. T he gelled moisture dissipates continuously throughout the day and completely when footwear is removed.

The D3O metatarsal components are made out of Shock material, which performs well in extreme temperatures, offering great protection. The component disperses and absorbs the impact, reducing force transmitted to the foot. The D3O’s unique flexibility ensures increased comfort which allows for extended periods of more comfortable wear. D3O met guards pass both EN20345:2004 and ASTMF2412-05, when integrated into footwear.

Coal gasification, a technology developed in the 1860s, could be making a comeback. This process of igniting underground coal seams, and capturing the resulting combustible gas for use in generating electricity, first used to light street lamps in nineteenth century London, is once again being explored by the coal gas industry due to recent improvements in seismic mapping. The resulting greenhouse gases yielded can be piped underground for use by the oil industry.
