• Managed exhibition content submissions and worked closely with the team to process contents digitally & physically and conducted quality check

Participant, chosen as the only Indonesian representative at The Asian Architecture Student Summer Workshop 2019 in Osaka/Sabae/Mihara/Tsu, Japan Collaborated with a team of architecture students from all over Asia to design, assemble and construct a woodwork installation as a welcoming installation to the region. Mentored by Japan based lecturers & architects, the project was presented to the Mayor of Sabae City. Head of Fundraising, Dongkrak Seni UI Specialized in designing merchandises, working closely with vendors and overseeing final products’ qualities before distributing them to raise funds.

• Manage VM related matters for new brand & existing brands across all stores — 16 stores nation-wide. In charge of Exclusive Brands: Rare Beauty, Natasha Denona, Anastasia Beverly Hills, etc.

• Organize fixture & props production (local), importation & installation for new brand launch, new store opening, planogram update & animation

• Coordinate & communicate with multiple brand principals, merchandisers, and related parties to ensure smooth & timely OMNI-channel activation

• Design and develop VM assets & props (2D & 3D) for planogram update and animation according to each brands’ guidelines

In Rare Beauty Grand Launch project, I was in charge to manage & coordinate visual merchandising matters related to the brand, the Grand Launch & Animation. The responsibilities cover managing fixture importation & artwork production to ensure successful launch and high quality output accross all SEPHORA stores in Indonesia.

These are some selected Brand Animation & permanent fixture (gondola) projects where I was involved in as the VM in charge.

I adjusted & validated the artworks based on the guidelines.

CENTRAL GRAND INDONESIA

This is a multibrand outpost project involving brands such as Issey Miyake, Salvatore Ferragamo, Lanvin, etc. I was involved in this project during my internship period where I developed the 3D visualization of the outpost based on the brief provided by principals and rendered the final design. I also edited and prepared to-be-printed visuals for this project.

This is a multibrand outpost project involving brands such as Marc Jacobs, Salvatore Ferragamo, Narciso Rodriguez, etc. I was involved in this project during my internship period where I edited and prepared to-be-printed visuals for this project.

FRAMING KAWADA

This is a woodwork installation I designed & built as a team of architecture students from all over Asia during The Asian Architecture Student Summer Workshop 2019 in Sabae, Japan. The task was to build a welcoming installation for tourists who are coming to the area and to the guesthouse/information center where the installation is located. This installation was designed to create a vista of the signature view of the region and frame it. From researching, designing, and assemblying, the whole process took around a whole week.
