AR3290 - Architectural Design Studio IV Located in Rancabentang Street, Ciumbuleuit, Bandung. This project aims to design collaborative space with big issue is to design and to organize form and space of multi-masses in sloping site.

The existence of technology development trigger humans to be able to access all their needs flexibly, when and whenever. Even when working, nowadays, it can be done not necessarily in the office, but rather in a space that created collaboration to shape the climate of innovation and exploration. This refers to one word that is transition. Man has turned into a modern-permeable human. This transitional concept leads to a change with the effect of excessive shock that humans can adapt easily.

AR3190 - Architectural Design Studio III Located in Sunda Street, Bandung. The project aims to design a co-working space that is expected to be a city oasis. On a narrow land, the design is required to keep attention to aspects of building health and safety.

The concept of designing this co-working space is biased-continuum. When urban oasis is applied to architecture, there needs to be an adaptation that does not cause excessive shock effects but fits the theme. This co-working space is designed by providing a series of adaptations when a change occurs, it should be done slowly. Biased-continuum can also be interpreted as a transition. So in practice, everything is designed using a transition such as a centered circulation concept and then switching to a linear as well as a flowing facade that provides a transitional effect from transparent to solid.

PROBLEMS
The loss of memory of the past due to changing the function of the building
The past seems to still be memorable in memory. However the form, the memory is arranged in abstract, appears randomly and sometimes disappears suddenly. Then came the question of how to restore the memory of the past. In summary, the reconstruction of the past can be poured into a linear and coherent form. This is the underlying embodiment of a time passage that leads to the realm of memory.

PUBLIC SPACE: CIKAPUNDUNG RIVERSPOT To reach the wider community, Lorong Memori is placed in a crowded public space. Cikapundung Riverspot is a fairly crowded public space on a holiday. The location of this place is very strategic to remind visitors to the memory of the old city of Bandung, because it is close to historical places such as Braga Street, ABC Street, and Alun-Alun.

PEDESTRIAN: DAGO STREET Bandung people are very happy to walk. It is also supported by pedestrian lines that have been fixed so it is comfortable to use. Dago Street in the Dutch era was villa area. Currently, Dago Street became one of the shopping centers in Bandung with the numbers of factory outlet, restaurant, and bank.

Competition Entry Archiray III: Traditional Market with Bonifasius Dimas A., Nugraha S. Irsyad, Fikri Anam, and Aries Fadli P. The project aims to design the traditional market from a completely new place. This market provides an opportunity to improve the economy of the place. The chosen site is Rancacili, Gedebage, Bandung.

STRATEGY
Rancacili as relocated area for impacted people by urban planning, has not yet sufficient economy activity. Anyhow, Rancacili that is located in Gedebage will develop fast as long as government plan to make it as technology centre. Though that statement contravenes the fact that Rancacili is water parking and absorption area of Bandung. The answer of this problem is design that initiates socioeconomy activities and also can preserve the land-use as absorption area. This Pasar Rancacili will answer that idea with locality, sustainable, inclusive, and being city accupuncture concept.

PENAMBAHAN TRITISAN Sebagai respon terhadap iklim tropis, atap memiliki tritisan yang lebar untukmelindungi dari hujan dan terik matahari langsung.
STRUKTUR BAJA PROFIL I Struktur utama bangunan pasar menggunakan baja profil I untuk memberi kesan bangunan yang lebih ringan. Struktur baja juga dipilih karena memiliki daya tahan material yang baik dan dapat tahan terhadap api.

The market aims to empower the surrounding community. In addition, the market form characterizes the principle of Sunda building with the use of a roof shape that transforms the julang ngapak roof. From the aspect of space and the environment, Gedebage is a water parking area for the city of Bandung, the water catchment area of a city. If there is no water parking then there will be flooding. Therefore, this market design maintains proper land function. A friendly design for all circles is manifested by the ramp. In addition, this market can accommodate all parties both locals and outsiders when the technopolis concept is applied in the Gedebage Area.
The market becomes an economic generator that keeps the economy level increasing by exploiting the potential for population growth.
