IT IS AN ANCHOR POINT OF PUTRAJAYA DEVELOPMENT WHICH IS LOCATED AT THE CENTRE OF THE ISLAND. ‘CIVIC AND CULTURAL’ IS THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS WHICH PRECINT 3 POTRAYS WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF GOVERNMENT OFFICES WITHIN THE URBAN LAYOUT. EACH URBAN ENTITY HAS DISTINCT ARCHITECTURE CHARACTERISTIC AND CIVIC AURA. THE SITE IS LOCATED PARCEL 3M4 WHICH IS AT THE END OF PRECINT 3 AREA.

THE NEXT DEVELOPMENT SHOULD BECOME THE SUPPORTIVE URBAN FABRIC AND IT CAN EVEN BE THE MAIN URBAN ENTITY WHICH BRINGS VIBRANCY INTO PRECINT 3. THE SITE COULD BECOME THE URBAN BACKDROP WHICH FUNTIONALLY CONNECTED WITH THE EXISTING DEVELOPMENT. THE DISTINCT CHARACTERICTICS EXIST IN PRECINT 3 NEED TO BE MAINTAINED WITHOUT NEGLECTING CONTINUITY THROUGH OUT THE URBAN FABRIC.

BEING IN THE MIDDLE OF PUTRAJAYA WILL BECOME THE CENTRALIZE APPROACH OF DIVERSE LIFESTYLES AND EVENTS FOR THE EXISTING AND FUTURE USERS IN PRECINT 3 AND FOR THE WHOLE PUTRAJAYA. IN THE LIVING COMPLEX, PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY WILL ALSO GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE THE SAME EXCESS TO INDIVIDUALITY.
