RULES ONE HUNDRED AND THREE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION NPC hereinafter referred to as “the Association”
Pertaining to the ownership of erven and residence in the homes within the area known as “Forest Glade” comprising the subdivisions of Erf 6231 and 6232 to 6235 and Erf 7295 Constantia and any land leased by the Association and managed by the Association inclusive and to all visitors entering Forest Glade.
NOTE:

These rules should be read in conjunction with the Association’s Memorandum of Incorporation. Copies of both documents are available on the website or from the Estate Manager.
2.
This revised edition of the rules of the Association was adopted by members at the Annual General Meeting of the Association held on 22 April 2015 and are effective from that date.
