a) Se han definido las diferentes tipologías turísticas relacionándolas con las características básicas de las mismas. a.1 Se han definido las diferentes tipologías turísticas. Tourist can be defined as a person who makes a tour away from home for leisure, business or other purposes for more than one day but less than a year. Some kinds of tourist: -Incentive tourists: ​incentives tourists get a holiday package as a reward from his company, for good work or achieving targets. ​This kind of tourist is designed to provide motivation or incentives to help businesspeople become more successful. The type of tourism that is related with this tourists depends of what the company wants to give to the employee (adventure trip, cultural trip, relaxing trip…) -Health or medical tourist: ​those who need medical treatment, which is not possible in their own countries or cities, and travel to get it. It’s also the plastic surgery. -Business tourist: a​ lot of people travel for business. Most of the cities feature conference centers that cater to the needs of business tourists. They travel to attend trade shows, to display and promote products... -Education tourists​: people that travel to improve their educational qualification are termed education tourists. There are also group of people who travel to attend workshops to upgrade skills.

-Adventure tourists: this kind of tourists look for some unusual or bizarre experience. Some activities may be dangerous (rock climbing, river rafting, skydiving, shark cave and bungee jumping)

-C ​ ultural tourists: t​ hey travel to experience the essence of assorted cultures and learn from them.

-Eco-tourists: p​ eople who love nature and travel to places not affected by pollution or human interventions.

-Leisure tourists: t​ hey want to have comfort while they enjoy a break from mundane routine. They want to relax and don’t think about any problem.

a.2 Se han relacionado las diferentes tipologías turísticas existentes en Andalucía con las características de las mismas. -Cultural tourism: this kind of tourism allow people to know cities and their culture. This tourism can be done in every season. The most common cities in Andalucia for that are: Granada, Sevilla and Córdoba. -Sun and beach tourism: p​ eople love coming to the beach. Is a reduced tourism because is most typical in summer. The most popular cities in Andalusia are: Málaga, Cádiz and Huelva. -Gastronomic tourism: p​ eople like to try new food, and in Andalucia we have a really typical and specific gastronomy that every tourist want to eat. The most common places are: Granada (tapas) and Córdoba. -Ecotourism: as we mentioned before, eco tourism is for people that want to enjoy nature. The most popular places are: Sierra de Cazorla, Doñana… -Adventure tourism: it’s for people that want to have some risk experiences like skying (Sierra Nevada), surfing (Tarifa), rafting (Cazorla)...

Is followed by Malaysia (27.7 million), Thailand (24.7 million), South Korea (14.2 million), Japan (13.4 million), Singapur (11.8 million), Taiwan (9.9 million), Indonesia (9.4 million), Vietnam (7.8 million), India (7.7 million)

-Increase of the middle class: increase of the middle class in many countries that generates new tourist flows with needs and pleasures very different. -Millennials: the new generation of tourist is changing the way to travel, products and services that they demand. They are more than the 40% of global purchases, and in a few years they will be the majority of tourists in the world. They have the technology as an important point, but we will talk about it later. They do, among others, gastronomic and cultural tourism but with a level of quality. They search in a lot of websites before they choose a travel destination.

-Family tourism: family is really diverse. There are families composites by a woman and a man, families with children, monoparental families, single mum or dad, gay families‌ each

one of their own needs. Half of tourists that come to Spain are families, ​a proportion that rises to 60% in Catalonia, pioneer in Europe in the creation of a certified brand of family tourism destinations, Family Tourism Destination (DTF) -Solo travelers: nowadays there is a lot of people that travel alone, and they want to get involved with the culture of the destiny, and to know local people. There are many websites that help you organizing a solo trip. Almost 8 million people are solo travelers. The 60% of them are women. People that travel on their own increase a 20% each year. It’s a good way to meet people, enjoy 100% the culture, find yourself.

Technological tendences Tourism is changing thanks of technology. We use internet for everything, and also to book trips, hotels, transport (plane, cruise…) We have information in our phones about cities we visit, so we can know everything about the place we are going to travel. Platforms like BigData, Blockchain, Bitcoin… helps carrying money easily than having a lot of cash. Virtual assistants is something that is getting popular and popular every year, and if it exists speaking many languages is going to be really useful, as well as the intelligent technology. Virtual reality is nowadays something normal. Years ago it was something far from us and expensive, but now we can find virtual reality everywhere. It helps us to have new experiences, and also we can travel

without leaving our house. Is not the same, of course, but is cheaper. Tourists needs Motivations and needs of tourist are changing. because of new tendencies. We are just going to talk about the two newest tendencies: -Transformer trip​: many people travel just to feel new experiences of self-reflection, learning and personal development. -Disconnection​: tourist look for exotic destinations to relax and be apart of their daily life. People is more exigent now, they like to personalize their trips as much as possible.

Always depends of the price of the destination and the incomes ​of the person that want to travel. When increase the incomes ​usually increase the demand of a product or service. Some factors that determine the tourist demand are: 1. Economic factors mainly the purchasing power and the availability of money of people that travel. 2. There is also some relative factors like weather or change of seasons that influence but we can not control them. 3. Another factors like safety of the places and natural disasters make influence in the final decision. 4. The quality and effort of the advertisement and marketing campaign make influence in the perception people have of a place. 5. The age is other critical factor that influence in the demand of a tourist destination. Individual factors of people also make influence, for example: - Motivation to make a trip. - Lifestyle: like personal attitudes, perceptions, personality and experience. - Free time and dates of holidays. - Political factors. - Cultural factors. All of the previous factors are determinate in an individual person and usually determinate the final decision at the time to choose a destination or buy a service.

Our destination is Sierra Nevada. Some factors that influence the decision of choose this destination are: - Weather: the weather in Sierra Nevada is perfect because there is sun and snow (in winter). - Economical situation of the customers that can choose Sierra Nevada as their destination, and amount of money that they spend. - Sierra Nevada has attractive advertisements and marketing campaign that influence people to visit the ski resort. - Although Sierra Nevada is usually visit by families, the age is a critical aspect because ski and snowboard are sports with a majority of young people. - There are some policies in the area for get a safety destination for the tourists.

- The time when more tourists are concentrated is the weekend because in winter people do not usually have holidays. Sierra Nevada is the favorite destination for spanish snow tourism.
