CMV Truck & Bus are focused on ensuring their customer needs can be met safely and ef ciently, now and into the future. This is achieved by ensuring that the best staff are attracted to the business, who can then deliver the best customer service.

The organisation has a vision to be an industry leader in service excellence, across truck and bus sales, parts, finance and the critically important workshop, and to be a trusted and skilled service provider to the growing customer base in Victoria.

At the heart of the CMV Group is their ‘Three Peaks’ Policy. This is a culture of placing equal importance on employees, customers and our community. In doing so, they strive for continual improvement and quality while upholding core values.

With a strong community presence, they believe in supporting those who support them.

“We are proud to be able to continue to be involved with and support MOVE, as well as having the opportunity to support a number of local sporting clubs with equipment and uniforms,” explained branch manager Brody Gray.

“We’re appreciative of the business partnerships we have established with transport operators and companies within the Goulburn Valley region. We’re always endeavouring to make a difference for our customers by offering a service they can rely on, every day of the year.”

Transport is a cornerstone industry in our region, with its strong agricultural roots and it’s geographically imperative local to interstate freight.

“We are proud to be a part of the business community in Shepparton and to contribute to the local economy. We might be a little bias, but we think it’s one of the best regions in Victoria!” said Brody.
