รองประธานกรรมการและกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษทั อิออน ธนสินทรัพย์ (ไทยแลนด์) จ�ำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นสถาบันการเงินทีใ่ ห้บริการสินเชือ่ รายย่อยแก่ลกู ค้า บริษทั ฯ ยึดมัน่ ในหลักปฏิบตั ทิ วี่ า่ “ทุกสิง่ คือ เพือ่ ลูกค้า” ภายใต้สภาพ เศรษฐกิจทีเ่ ต็มไปด้วยความท้าทายในปีทผี่ า่ นมา บริษทั ฯ ยังคง มุง่ มัน่ ในการด�ำเนินธุรกิจ และให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมีคณุ ภาพ ด้วยหลักธรรมาภิบาล รวมถึงให้ความส�ำคัญและความรับผิดชอบ ต่อผูม้ สี ว่ นได้สว่ นเสียอย่างเท่าเทียมกัน และตระหนักถึงสังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม บริษทั ฯ มีการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างสม�ำ่ เสมอ เพือ่ ให้เป็นไปตามบริบทของสังคมทีเ่ กิดการเปลีย่ นแปลง บริษทั ฯ ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมทัง้ ได้มกี ารปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมในการท�ำงาน ด้วยการ ปรับปรุงศูนย์ปฏิบตั งิ าน ทีห่ าดใหญ่ ท�ำให้พนักงานเกิดความ พึงพอใจในการท�ำงาน และเพิม่ ประสิทธิภาพในการท�ำงานให้ บรรลุเป้าหมายตามที่ตั้งไว้

มูลนิธอิ อิ อนประเทศไทยยังคงด�ำเนินการด้านการรักษา สิ่งแวดล้อมและให้ความช่วยเหลือสังคมอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในปี ทีผ่ า่ นมา เราได้สนับสนุนการเสริมสร้างภาวะผูน้ ำ� ให้กบั เยาวชนไทย ด้วยการให้ความช่วยเหลือหลักแก่มูลนิธิอิออน 1% คลับ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น จัดกิจกรรม Asia Youth Leaders 2016 ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งเป็นการจัดอภิปรายส�ำหรับนักเรียน มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย และนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยจาก 6 ประเทศ ในทวีปเอเชีย เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ในประเด็นสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ก�ำลังเกิดขึ้น ในนามของบริษทั ฯ ผมมีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิง่ ทีบ่ ริษทั ฯ มีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ผ่านการ ด�ำเนินงานของบริษทั ฯ รวมทัง้ เปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานทุกคน ลูกค้า สังคม และผูม้ สี ว่ นได้สว่ นเสียอืน่ ๆ ได้รว่ มแสดงความ รับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิง่ แวดล้อม เพือ่ ท�ำให้เกิดการพัฒนา ที่ยั่งยืนตลอดไป รายงานความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม 2559 / 2560

ระบบบริหารความเสี่ยง บริษทั ฯ ตระหนักถึงความไม่แน่นอนของสถานการณ์และสภาพเศรษฐกิจในปัจจุบนั อันน�ำมาซึง่ ปัจจัยเสีย่ งต่างๆ ทีอ่ าจส่งผลกระทบ ต่อผลการด�ำเนินงานทางธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ ดังนั้น บริษัทฯ จึงได้ก�ำหนดให้มีระบบการบริหารความเสี่ยง ดังนี้ 1. คณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง

2. ส่วนงานบริหารความเสี่ยง

บริษทั ฯ ได้มกี ารจัดตัง้ คณะกรรมการบริหารความเสีย่ งขึน้ ประกอบด้วย กรรมการผูจ้ ดั การ กรรมการบริหาร และผูบ้ ริหาร ระดับสูง โดยจัดให้มกี ารประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารความเสีย่ ง ทุกเดือนร่วมกับบริษัท อิออน ไฟแนนเชียล เซอร์วิส จ�ำกัด พร้อมกันกับบริษทั ในเครือทุกบริษทั ทัง้ ในประเทศและต่างประเทศ โดยใช้วิธีการประชุมทางไกลผ่านระบบทีวีคอนเฟอร์เรนซ์ คณะกรรมการบริหารความเสีย่ ง มีขอบเขตอ�ำนาจหน้าที่ ในการก�ำหนดแนวทางในการบริหารความเสี่ยง วิเคราะห์ ระบุความเสี่ยง สาเหตุ ปัจจัยความเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวเนื่อง ที่อาจ ส่งผลกระทบกับรายได้ของบริษทั ปรับปรุงกระบวนการท�ำงาน อย่างต่อเนือ่ ง เพือ่ เสริมสร้างมาตรฐานและความพร้อมในการ ป้องกันและรองรับความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ในอนาคต ก�ำกับดูแล และควบคุมปัจจัยเสีย่ งต่างๆ ให้อยูใ่ นระดับทีบ่ ริษทั ฯ ยอมรับได้

บริษทั ฯ ได้มกี ารจัดตัง้ ส่วนงานบริหารความเสีย่ ง เพือ่ ให้ การสนับสนุนคณะกรรมการบริหารความเสีย่ งในการก�ำหนด ทบทวน และติดตามการด�ำเนินการใดๆ ทีเ่ กีย่ วข้องกับระบบ การบริหารความเสี่ยงของบริษัทฯ

3. ความเสี่ยง

ดังนี้

บริษัทฯ ได้แบ่งความเสี่ยงหลักๆ ออกเป็น 4 ประเภท

ความเสี่ยงด้านเครดิต หมายถึง ความเสี่ยงที่เกิดจาก การที่ลูกหนี้ไม่สามารถปฏิบัติตามภาระผูกพันตามสัญญา ในการชําระหนี้ อันเนื่องมาจากปัจจัยเสี่ยงดังต่อไปนี้ เช่น • การชะลอตัวทางเศรษฐกิจภายในและภายนอกประเทศ ซึง่ ส่งผลกระทบต่อความสามารถในการช�ำระหนีข้ องลูกค้า โดยตรง • การเลิกจ้างแรงงานในบางพื้นที่ การหยุดด�ำเนินธุรกิจ ชั่วคราวในอุตสาหกรรมบางประเภท ตลอดจนการลด ค่าจ้างแรงงานบางส่วน ซึง่ จะส่งผลกระทบต่อความสามารถ ในการช�ำระหนี้ของลูกค้าโดยตรง • ภัยพิบัติธรรมชาติ เช่น อุทกภัย ภัยแล้ง ฯลฯ ซึ่งส่ง ผลกระทบต่อความสามารถในการช�ำระหนี้ของลูกค้า • บริษทั ฯ ได้กำ� หนดนโยบายการให้สนิ เชือ่ เป็นลายลักษณ์ อักษร กําหนดกลยุทธ์และเป้าหมายการให้สนิ เชือ่ กําหนด กลยุทธ์ดา้ นความเสีย่ งในภาพรวม พร้อมทัง้ ทบทวนและ ปรับปรุงนโยบายหรือแผนกลยุทธ์อย่างต่อเนื่อง เช่น การปรับลดอัตราการช�ำระคืนสินเชือ่ ส่วนบุคคลลงเพือ่ ให้ สอดคล้องกับสภาวะเศรษฐกิจในปัจจุบนั บริษทั ฯ มีการ

สร้างเครือ่ งมือเพือ่ ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการความเสีย่ ง เช่น การจัดระดับความเสีย่ งของสินเชือ่ แต่ละประเภท ซึง่ ได้ น�ำภูมภิ าคและชนิดของอุตสาหกรรมมาพิจารณาด้วย การ ก�ำหนดเงือ่ นไขในการพิจารณา ตลอดจนระดับอ�ำนาจใน การอนุมัติสินเชื่อ และเผยแพร่นโยบายดังกล่าวไปสู่ พนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกระดับชั้นให้เข้าใจ บริษทั ฯ มีการแบ่งแยกหน้าทีค่ วามรับผิดชอบ โดยการแยก ผูป้ ฏิบตั งิ าน ผูจ้ ดั หาลูกค้า ผูท้ ำ� หน้าทีท่ บทวนความถูกต้อง ของการปฏิบตั งิ านหลังจากสินเชือ่ ได้รบั การอนุมตั ิ ออกจาก ผู้ทําหน้าทีพ่ ิจารณาสินเชื่อ ก่อนเสนอผู้มีอํานาจอนุมัติ รวมถึงรายงานผลการตรวจสอบต่อผู้บริหาร เพื่อลด ความเสี่ยงด้านเครดิต ความเสีย่ งด้านตลาด หมายถึง โอกาสหรือความน่าจะเป็น ที่บริษัทฯ สูญเสียจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงมูลค่าสินทรัพย์ ซึ่ง รวมทัง้ สินทรัพย์ทอี่ ยูน่ อกงบดุล ทีเ่ กิดจากความผันผวนของ ปัจจัยความเสีย่ งต่างๆ เช่น อัตราดอกเบีย้ อัตราแลกเปลีย่ น มูลค่าหุ้นและโอกาสหรือความน่าจะเป็นในการสูญเสียที่ เกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงในรายได้ที่เกิดจากสินทรัพย์และ หนี้สิน และตราสาร ฯลฯ เพือ่ ป้องกันความเสีย่ งทีอ่ าจเกิดขึน้ จากอัตราแลกเปลีย่ น บริษทั ฯ ได้ทำ� สัญญาแลกเปลีย่ นเงินตราต่างประเทศส�ำหรับ เงินกู้ยืมระยะยาว และสัดส่วนปัจจุบันของเงินกู้ยืมระยะยาว รายงานความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม 2559 / 2560

ทั้งจ�ำนวน นอกจากนี้บริษัทฯ ยังได้ติดตามสถานะของการ ลงทุนในตราสารทีเ่ พิม่ ขึน้ เป็นประจ�ำทุกเดือน อีกทัง้ ยังก�ำหนด ให้มีการติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอัตราดอกเบี้ยธนาคาร และอัตราการให้สินเชื่อเป็นประจ�ำ ความเสีย่ งด้านสภาพคล่อง หมายถึง โอกาสหรือความ น่าจะเป็นที่บริษัทฯ เงินทุนหมุนเวียนไม่เพียงพอที่จะช�ำระ ค่าใช้จา่ ยทีจ่ ะเกิดขึน้ หรือมีคา่ ใช้จา่ ยจากการกูย้ มื เงินเพิม่ สูงขึน้ หรือการไหลออกของเงินทุนหมุนเวียนที่อยู่นอกเหนือความ คาดหมาย (อ้างอิงความเสีย่ งด้านสภาพคล่องทางด้านเงินทุน) ปัจจุบนั บริษทั ฯ ได้กระจายความเสีย่ งในการจัดหาแหล่ง เงินทุนจากธนาคารต่างๆ จ�ำนวนทั้งสิ้น 16 แห่ง นอกจากนี้ บริษัทฯ ยังได้เฝ้าติดตามผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงใน หลักปฏิบตั ทิ างด้านการเงิน และการบริหารเงิน ตัวขับเคลือ่ น ทีก่ อ่ ให้เกิดความเปลีย่ นแปลงต่อระดับการลงทุน เป็นประจ�ำ ทุกเดือน ความเสีย่ งด้านปฏิบตั กิ าร หมายถึง หมายถึง ความเสีย่ ง ทีจ่ ะเกิดความเสียหายต่างๆ อันเนือ่ งมาจากความไม่เพียงพอ หรือความบกพร่องของกระบวนการภายใน บุคลากรและ ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และเหตุการณ์หรือปัจจัยภายนอก รวมถึงความเสีย่ งด้านกฎหมาย แต่ไม่รวมความเสีย่ งด้านกลยุทธ์ และความเสี่ยงด้านชื่อเสียง ความเสี่ยงด้านปฎิบัติการเป็น ความเสีย่ งทีไ่ ม่สามารถหลีกเลีย่ งได้ และเป็นส่วนหนึง่ ของบริษทั ฯ ดังนั้น บริษัทฯ จึงมีการก�ำหนดกรอบนโยบายในการบริหาร

ความเสีย่ งด้านปฏิบตั กิ ารอย่างชัดเจน เพือ่ ให้ความเสีย่ งจาก เหตุการณ์การสูญเสียที่ไม่คาดคิดอยู่ในระดับที่ต�่ำ รวมทั้งมี ระบบการควบคุมภายในที่ดี และมีการจัดท�ำคู่มือปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อให้พนักงานมีความเข้าใจในขั้นตอนการท�ำงาน และ สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ บริษัทฯ ได้พัฒนากระบวนการตลอดจนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการ เพื่อให้สามารถระบุ ประเมิน ติดตาม รายงาน ควบคุม และลดความเสี่ยงจาก การปฏิบัติการ คณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยงได้รับการ รายงานถึงความเสี่ยงของกลุ่มบริษัททั้งในและต่างประเทศ ผ่านทางระบบทีวคี อนเฟอร์เรนซ์ เป็นประจ�ำอย่างน้อยเดือนละ 1 ครัง้ โดยคณะกรรมการฯ จะสอบถามถึงรายละเอียดเชิงลึก

ของแต่ละเหตุการณ์ซึ่งมีข้อสงสัย ในปีนี้บริษัทฯ มุ่งเน้นให้ ความส�ำคัญในการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านปฏิบัติการ จึงได้ ก�ำหนดให้ทกุ หน่วยงานท�ำการประเมินความเสีย่ งด้านปฏิบตั ิ การด้วยตนเอง โดยระบุเหตุการณ์ความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น จากกระบวนการปฏิบตั งิ านในหน่วยงานของตน รวมทัง้ ประเมิน ความเพียงพอและเหมาะสมของมาตรการควบคุมภายใน ทีม่ อี ยู่ เพือ่ จัดท�ำแผนปฏิบตั กิ ารและก�ำหนดมาตรการควบคุม ทีเ่ หมาะสมกับการปฏิบตั งิ าน เพือ่ ให้ความเสีย่ งอยูใ่ นระดับทีต่ ำ�่ หรือยอมรับได้ ผลของการประเมินและการควบคุมถูกน�ำเสนอ ให้แก่ผู้บริหารที่เกี่ยวข้องในหน่วยงานนั้น และจะน�ำข้อมูล ดังกล่าวไปประมวลผล และจัดท�ำดัชนีชวี้ ดั ความเสีย่ งเพื่อใช้ ติดตามความเสี่ยงที่เกิดขึ้น

บริษัทฯ ได้จัดท�ำแผนผังประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านการ ปฏิบัติการ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการจัดระดับความเสี่ยงของ แต่ละเหตุการณ์ และสามารถน�ำมาวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบกับ เกณฑ์ความสามารถในการยอมรับความเสีย่ งได้ชดั เจนยิง่ ขึน้ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลเหตุการณ์ผดิ ปกติเพือ่ จัดเก็บ ข้อมูลความเสียหายทัง้ ทีเ่ ป็นตัวเงินและไม่เป็นตัวเงิน รวมถึง ความเสียหายทีส่ ามารถป้องกันได้ ตลอดจนข้อมูลเหตุการณ์ ผิดปกติอนื่ ซึง่ บริษทั ฯ จะน�ำข้อมูลเหล่านี้ไปใช้เพือ่ ปรับปรุง กระบวนการปฏิบตั งิ าน และก�ำหนดแนวทางการควบคุมเพิม่ เติม ตามความเหมาะสม เพื่อลดโอกาสการเกิดความเสี่ยงและ ผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ ตระหนักถึงความส�ำคัญของการด�ำเนินธุรกิจ อย่างต่อเนือ่ งภายใต้สถานการณ์ฉกุ เฉิน จึงจัดให้มแี ผนรองรับ การด�ำเนินธุรกิจอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อรองรับการด�ำเนินธุรกิจ ภายใต้สถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน อาทิเช่น วินาศภัย และภัยพิบัติ ทีอ่ าจเกิดขึน้ เพือ่ สามารถให้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนือ่ ง หรือลดเวลา การหยุดชะงักการให้บริการหรือด�ำเนินงานของบริษทั ฯ ให้อยู่ ในระดับทีย่ อมรับได้ ซึง่ ทุกหน่วยงานของบริษทั ฯ มีสว่ นร่วม ในการจัดท�ำและปรับปรุงแผนดังกล่าวทุกปี รวมถึงได้มีการ ทดสอบ ซักซ้อมการฟื้นฟูระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ และทดสอบ การปฏิบัติงานในธุรกรรมงานส�ำคัญของบริษัทฯ เป็นประจ�ำ ทุกปี เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าบริษัทฯ สามารถด�ำเนินธุรกิจภายใต้ ภาวะวิกฤตต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ บริษทั ฯ ได้จดั ตัง้ ฝ่ายการก�ำกับและปฏิบตั ติ ามกฎระเบียบ และคณะกรรมการก�ำกับและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ (“คณะ กรรมการฯ”) พร้อมทัง้ ได้จดั ท�ำนโยบายว่าด้วยการก�ำกับและ ปฏิบตั ติ ามกฎระเบียบ และนโยบายว่าด้วยคณะกรรมการก�ำกับ และปฏิบตั ติ ามกฎระเบียบ โดยก�ำหนดหน้าทีค่ วามรับผิดชอบ ไว้ในนโยบายอย่างชัดเจน ฝ่ายการก�ำกับและปฏิบตั ติ ามกฎระเบียบมีสายบังคับบัญชา โดยรายงานตรงต่อคณะกรรมการฯ หน้าทีร่ บั ผิดชอบทีส่ ำ� คัญ ของฝ่ายการก�ำกับและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ คือ ท�ำหน้าที่ ฝึกอบรมให้กบั พนักงานทุกคน เกีย่ วกับจรรยาบรรณของบริษทั ฯ กฎระเบียบส�ำคัญทีเ่ กีย่ วข้องกับการประกอบธุรกิจของบริษทั ฯ และให้ค�ำแนะน�ำ ตลอดจนด�ำเนินการเฝ้าระวังและติดตาม ผลการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่าง สม�่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่า พนักงานทุกคนมีความเข้าใจ

และตระหนักถึงความส�ำคัญของการปฎิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ รวมถึงขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทฯ มีการปฏิบัติตาม อย่างถูกต้องและสอดคล้องกับกฏระเบียบและนโยบายของ บริษัทฯ คณะกรรมการฯ ประกอบด้วยคณะกรรมการบริหารและ ผู้บริหารระดับสูงของบริษัทฯ โดยกรรมการฝ่ายก�ำกับและ ปฏิบตั ติ ามกฎระเบียบเป็นประธาน โดยหน้าทีค่ วามรับผิดชอบ ที่ส�ำคัญของคณะกรรมการฯ นั้น ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการฯ จะอภิปรายเกีย่ วกับการก�ำหนดและการอนุมตั คิ มู่ อื และระเบียบ ปฏิบตั กิ ารก�ำกับดูแลกิจการ รายงานการติดตามผลการปฏิบตั ิ ตามกฎระเบียบ เป็นต้น ในกรณีที่พบปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ การปฏิบัติที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับกฎระเบียบ คณะกรรมการฯ มีหน้าทีพ่ จิ ารณาถึงมาตรการป้องกัน การแก้ไข และรายงาน หรือให้ความเห็นต่อคณะกรรมการบริษัทฯ

คำ�มั่นสัญญาต่อลูกค้า บริษทั ฯมีความมุง่ มัน่ ในการให้บริการลูกค้าเพือ่ ให้ลกู ค้า เกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุดตามหลักปฏิบตั ขิ องอิออนทีก่ ล่าวว่า “ทุกสิ่งคือเพื่อลูกค้า” บริษัทฯ จึงได้น�ำระบบบริหารจัดการ คุณภาพ ISO 9001 มาเป็นข้อก�ำหนดในการบริหารจัดการ กระบวนการท�ำงานให้มปี ระสิทธิภาพและระบบบริหารจัดการ ความมั่นคงของข้อมูล ISO 27001 มาเป็นข้อก�ำหนดในการ ดูแลและปกป้องข้อมูลของลูกค้านอกจากนี้ยังมีการส�ำรวจ ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อน�ำมาปรับปรุง กระบวนการท�ำงานเปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมในการ ทบทวนกระบวนการท� ำ งานและเสนอความคิ ด เห็ น เพื่ อ ปรับปรุงการท�ำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพอย่างสม�่ำเสมอ

ระบบบริหารจัดการคุณภาพ

บริ ษั ท ฯ เป็ น ผู ้ ใ ห้ บ ริ การสิ น เชื่ อ รายย่ อ ยแก่ ลู ก ค้ า อันประกอบด้วย สินเชือ่ บัตรเครดิต สินเชือ่ ส่วนบุคคล สินเชือ่ เช่าซื้อจักรยานยนต์ และธุรกิจบนอินเทอร์เน็ต เพื่อให้การ บริการอย่างมีคุณภาพและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของ ลูกค้า บริษัทฯ จึงน�ำมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 มาประยุกต์ใช้ และได้มีการปรับเวอร์ชั่นของระบบบริหารจัดการคุณภาพ จาก ISO 9001:2008 เป็น ISO 9001:2015 ตั้งแต่ปี 2558 จนถึงปัจจุบนั เพือ่ ให้มนั่ ใจได้วา่ ระบบบริหารจัดการคุณภาพ ของบริษัทฯ ได้รับการพัฒนาปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง และมี ประสิทธิภาพตามหลักสากล บริษทั ฯ ได้รบั การรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001: 2015 ครอบคลุม ส�ำนักงานใหญ่ ศูนย์ปฏิบตั งิ าน ภูมิภาค และสาขาทั่วประเทศจากหน่วยรับรอง

บริษทั ฯ มีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะปรับปรุงประสิทธิผล รวมถึง พัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยยังคง นโยบายคุณภาพของบริษัทฯ ดังนี้ 1) ลูกค้าเป็นที่หนึ่ง เราด�ำเนินการในทุกวิธีท่ีจะท�ำให้ลูกค้ามีรูปแบบ การด�ำเนินชีวิต ที่สะดวกสบายขึ้น 2) มุ่งมั่นในการเพิ่มความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า เราพัฒนาและยกระดับคุณภาพการบริการอย่าง ต่อเนื่อง 3) ทุกเสียงของลูกค้ามีคุณค่า เรารับฟังทุกเสียงอย่างจริงใจ อันน�ำมาซึง่ การตอบสนอง และความทุม่ เทเพือ่ ให้ลกู ค้า ทีม่ อบความไว้วางใจ กับเรา 4) ทุกเวลาของลูกค้ามีคุณค่า เราให้การบริการอย่างรวดเร็วตามความต้องการ และความคาดหวังของลูกค้า ปี 2559 บริษัทฯ มีโครงการไคเซ็น เรียกว่า “JDM Knowledge Base” เป็นการปรับปรุงกระบวนการท�ำงานให้ดขี นึ้ อย่างต่อเนือ่ ง ซึง่ สอดคล้องกับข้อก�ำหนด ISO 9001 ในเรือ่ ง การพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

JDM Knowledge Base เป็นระบบฐานข้อมูล ทีพ่ นักงาน ฝ่ายควบคุมสินเชือ่ ใช้เป็นช่องทางในการเรียกดูขอ้ มูลหลักเกณฑ์ พิจารณาสินเชื่อ รวมทั้งข้อมูลที่ต้องใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ หัวหน้างานทีไ่ ด้รบั มอบหมาย ยังสามารถปรับปรุงข้อมูลทีอ่ พั เดทเข้าระบบได้ทนั ที พนักงาน จึงได้รับข้อมูลที่มีความถูกต้องและอัพเดท และที่ส�ำคัญยัง ท�ำให้ลดปริมาณการใช้งานกระดาษ ด้วยการสือ่ สารและค้นหา ข้อมูลผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน นี้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

การสำ�รวจความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า บริษทั ฯ ได้จดั ท�ำโครงการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการให้บริการ ของพนักงาน เพื่อเพิ่มความพึงพอใจให้แก่ลูกค้า ภายใต้ชื่อ “โครงการส�ำรวจความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า” โดยจัดให้มี แบบฟอร์มการรับฟังความคิดเห็น และกล่องรับฟังความคิดเห็น ไว้ ณ ที่ท�ำการสาขาทั่วประเทศรวมทั้งสิ้น 108 สาขา ลูกค้า จะได้รับแบบฟอร์มฯ เพื่อประเมินการให้บริการของสาขา ภายหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการใช้บริการธุรกรรม โดยสามารถจัด ส่งแบบฟอร์มฯ ได้ทกี่ ล่องรับฟังความคิดเห็น ทัง้ นี้ หัวข้อหลัก ในการส� ำ รวจความคิ ด เห็ น ประกอบด้ ว ย 2 หั ว ข้ อ คื อ “การให้บริการของพนักงาน” และ “สถานที่และความสะดวก สบายในการใช้บริการ” หน่วยงานทีเ่ กีย่ วข้อง จะด�ำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมแบบฟอร์มฯ ทุก 3 เดือน และรายงานข้อเสนอแนะที่เป็นประโยชน์ไปยัง ผู้บริหาร เพื่อพิจารณาถึงแนวทางการพัฒนาการให้บริการ ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้า นอกจากการส�ำรวจความพึงพอใจเพือ่ ประเมินการให้บริการ ของสาขาแล้ว บริษัทฯ ยังได้จัดท�ำ “โครงการส�ำรวจความ พึงพอใจของลูกค้า” จากการใช้บริการฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ โดยส�ำรวจเป็นรายเดือน เพื่อการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงบริการ อย่างต่อเนื่อง และเพิ่มความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้ายิ่งขึ้น

บริษัทฯ ให้ความส�ำคัญกับเสียงตอบรับของลูกค้า และ มุ่งเน้นให้มีการพัฒนาการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อ สนับสนุนและรองรับการเจริญเติบโตของบริษัทฯ ตลอดจน รักษาไว้ซึ่งมาตรฐานในการให้บริการ

ไคเซ็น ปัจจุบัน ธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ มีการเจริญเติบโตเพิ่มขึ้น อย่างรวดเร็ว บริษทั ฯ ยังคงตระหนักดีวา่ การด�ำเนินธุรกิจทีด่ นี นั้ มิใช่เป็นเพียงการมุง่ เน้นทีจ่ ะเพิม่ ผลก�ำไรของบริษทั ฯ เพียงอย่างเดียว แต่บริษทั ฯ ยังคงต้องค�ำนึงถึงการปรับปรุงการด�ำเนินงานให้มี ประสิทธิภาพมากยิง่ ขึน้ ตามไปด้วย ไม่วา่ จะเป็นการลดขัน้ ตอน การปฏิบตั งิ านภายใน การลดค่าใช้จา่ ยสิน้ เปลือง ทัง้ นี้ เพือ่ ให้ ลูกค้าได้รับความพึงพอใจสูงสุด และก่อให้เกิดความเชื่อมั่น แก่ลกู ค้าในด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล ขณะเดียวกัน บริษทั ฯ ได้นำ� หลัก “ไคเซ็น” เข้ามาปรับใช้ในการบริหารงาน โดยมุง่ หวังให้กจิ กรรมไคเซ็นเข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึง่ ในการพัฒนา ปรับปรุงการด�ำเนินงานของบริษัทฯ ในปีที่ผ่านมา แผนกไคเซ็นได้ด�ำเนินการจัดอบรมและ สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน และสนับสนุนให้ พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมในการเสนอข้อเสนอแนะด้านไคเซ็น ซึ่ง ได้รับมาเป็นจ�ำนวนทั้งสิ้น 195 เรื่อง เป็นข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยว กับการลดต้นทุน การเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน การเสริ ม สร้ า งความพึงพอใจให้แก่ลูกค้า และการเพิ่ ม ประสิทธิภาพในการท�ำงาน JDM Knowledge Base เป็นระบบฐานข้อมูลทีพ่ นักงาน ฝ่ายควบคุมสินเชือ่ ใช้เป็นช่องทางในการเรียกดูขอ้ มูลหลักเกณฑ์ พิจารณาสินเชื่อรวมทั้งข้อมูลที่ต้องใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพนอกจากนีห้ วั หน้างานที่ได้รบั มอบหมาย

ยังสามารถปรับปรุงข้อมูลทีอ่ พั เดทเข้าระบบได้ทนั ทีพนักงาน จึ ง ได้ รั บ ข้ อ มู ล ที่ มี ความถู ก ต้ อ งและอั พ เดทและที่ ส� ำ คั ญ ยังท�ำให้ลดปริมาณการใช้งานกระดาษด้วยการสื่อสารและ ค้นหาข้อมูลผ่านแอปพลิเคชันนี้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพือ่ เป็นการยกย่อง ชืน่ ชม และสนับสนุนการด�ำเนินการ ของกิจกรรมดังกล่าว บริษทั ฯ จึงได้มอบรางวัลให้แก่ผู้ได้รับ รางวัลยอดเยี่ยม จากการประกวดข้อเสนอแนะด้านไคเซ็น ประจ�ำปี 2559 เมือ่ วันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ.2560 ทีผ่ า่ นมา

ระบบบริหารจัดการความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูล บริษทั ฯ ได้ดำ� เนินธุรกิจสอดคล้องตามมาตรฐานในการ บริหารจัดการความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลฉบับปัจจุบัน (ISO 27001:2013) และได้รบั การรับรองทัง้ ทีส่ ำ� นักงานใหญ่ ศูนย์ปฏิบตั กิ ารทุกภูมภิ าคและสาขาทัว่ ประเทศจึงท�ำให้บริษทั ฯ สามารถลดปั จ จั ย เสี่ ย งทางด้ า นข้ อ มู ล ที่ อาจเกิ ด ขึ้ น และ ส่งผลกระทบต่อการด�ำเนินการทางธุรกิจได้ดยี งิ่ ขึน้ โดยยังคง มุง่ เน้นการปกป้องข้อมูลทัง้ ทางด้านความลับ ความถูกต้อง และความพร้อมใช้งานให้ครอบคลุมข้อมูลทุกประเภท นอกจากนี้ บริษัทฯ ยังค�ำนึงถึงความสอดคล้องและ ตอบสนองต่อสภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจ จึงมีการศึกษาปัจจัยต่างๆ ทัง้ จากภายนอกและภายใน เพือ่ น�ำมาใช้ประโยชน์ในการเพิม่ ความสามารถต่อภาวะแข่งขันในปัจจุบันโดยปัจจัยภายนอก ทีน่ ำ� มาพิจารณาได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อม (เศรษฐกิจสภาวะปัจจุบนั ) การตอบสนองต่อลูกค้า คู่แข่ง เทคโนโลยี กฏหมาย และ ผูส้ ง่ มอบ เป็นต้น ส่วนปัจจัยภายในได้แก่ ด้านการตลาดและ การขายด้านบริหารจัดการองค์กร ด้านบริหารงานบุคคล เป็นต้น ซึ่งปัจจัยเหล่านี้จะน�ำมาประกอบการพิจารณาความเสี่ยง และการป้องกันต่อไป และเพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพใน การปฏิบตั งิ านและมุง่ เน้นความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลเป็นหลัก บริษัทฯ ได้มีการน�ำเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาทวนสอบการใช้งาน ข้อมูลผ่านระบบสารสนเทศทั้งบริษัทฯเพื่อลดความเสี่ยง ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ 20

• การจ�ำกัดการใช้งานอีเมล เป็นการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยของการใช้งานอีเมล ทีม่ กี ารรับส่งข้อมูลภายในองค์กรทัง้ นีเ้ พือ่ เป็นการป้องกัน ปัญหาทุกประเภทที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานอีเมล เช่น การส่งข้อมูลส�ำคัญของบริษัทฯ การส่งข้อมูลที่ไม่ เกีย่ วข้องกับงาน และการส่งข้อมูลทีม่ ถี อ้ ยค�ำหยาบคาย หรือไม่เหมาะสมออกไปสู่ภายนอก บริษทั ฯ จึงควบคุมโดยการจ�ำกัดการใช้งานอีเมล ยกตัวอย่าง เช่น - ข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการท�ำงาน ข้อมูลลูกค้าและความเป็นส่วนตัวของพนักงาน จะต้องไม่ถูกส่งผ่านทางอีเมลสู่ภายนอก - จ�ำกัดผู้รับในการส่งอีเมลในแต่ละครั้ง ให้ส่งไปได้ ไม่เกิน 30 ผู้รับ - ไม่อนุญาตให้ส่งออกไปยังอีเมลประเภทฟรีอีเมล เช่น Gmail Yahoo เป็นต้น ควรมีทอ่ี ยูอ่ เี มลทีเ่ กีย่ วข้อง กับหน่วยงานทีเ่ กีย่ วข้องในการติดต่อประสานงาน โดยต้องได้รบั อนุญาตจากหน่วยงานกลางขององค์กร ที่ได้มอบหมายพิจารณาการใช้งาน

นอกจากนีบ้ ริษทั ฯ ยังให้ความส�ำคัญกับการด�ำเนินธุรกิจ ให้เป็นไปอย่างต่อเนือ่ ง รองรับสถานการณ์ตา่ งๆ ทีอ่ าจเกิดขึน้ จึงได้ก�ำหนดให้มีการส�ำรองข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการที่เหมาะสม ตามระดับความส�ำคัญของข้อมูล พร้อมทัง้ จัดให้มกี ารทดสอบ แผนการด�ำเนินธุรกิจอย่างต่อเนือ่ ง ครอบคลุมระบบสารสนเทศ และกระบวนการหลักของบริษทั ฯ อย่างสม�ำ่ เสมอ รวมทัง้ การ พัฒนาการจัดการ การประเมินความเสีย่ งทางด้านปฏิบตั กิ าร และการควบคุมภายใน เพือ่ สร้างความตระหนักในการปกป้อง ข้อมูลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับ ผู้ที่มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกับบริษัทฯ ด้วย

สังคมในเขตพื้นที่กับอิออน เราในฐานะทีเ่ ป็นประชากรซึง่ มุง่ เน้นความเป็นธุรกิจทีเ่ ป็นตัวแทนซึง่ อุทศิ ตนเพื่อการพัฒนาสังคมในเขตพื้นที่ กับวัฒนธรรมการด�ำรง ชีวิตร่วมกับประชากรในเขตพื้นที่นั้นๆ กิจกรรมมูลนิธิอิออนประเทศไทย บริษทั ฯ ให้ความส�ำคัญกับการพัฒนาสังคมในเขตพื้นทีร่ วมทัง้ วัฒนธรรมการด�ำเนินชีวิตร่วมกับประชาชนในเขตพื้นทีค่ วบคูไ่ ปกับ การด�ำเนินธุรกิจเสมอดังที่ ได้กล่าวไว้ ใน หลักปฏิบัติของอิออนมูลนิธิอิออนประเทศไทยได้รับการจัดตั้งขึ้นมาตั้งแต่ ปี พ.ศ. 2550 เพื่อจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมตามวัตถุประสงค์หลักของมูลนิธิฯและตามความต้องการของคนในพื้นที่ ในปีที่ผ่านมามูลนิธิอิออนประเทศไทยได้จัดกิจกรรมสาธารณประโยชน์โดยแบ่งตามวัตถุประสงค์หลักทั้ง 4 ประการดังนี้

ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน การอนุรักษ์ป่าไม้ กิจกรรมปลูกป่า คืนธรรมชาติสแู่ ผ่นดิน ในปี พ.ศ. 2559 มูลนิธิฯ ได้จัด กิจกรรมขึ้น 5 ครั้ง ปลูกต้นไม้ ไปทั้งสิ้น 95,700 ต้น มีอาสาสมัครจากกลุ่ม 15 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2559 โครงการ 10 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2559 โครงการ บริษัทอิออนในประเทศไทยเข้าร่วม “ปลูกป่าฟืน้ ฟูธรรมชาติเพือ่ คืนธรรมชาติ “ฟืน้ ฟูสภาพป่าต้นน�ำ้ มูลนิธอิ อิ อนร่วมใจ กิจกรรม 346 คน ประชาชนในพื้นที่ สูแ่ ผ่นดิน” ณ อุทยานแห่งชาติภผู าม่าน ประชารัฐ เพือ่ พลิกฟืน้ ผืนป่าสูก่ ารพัฒนา เข้าร่วม 1,300 คน

ส่งเสริมการศึกษา 31 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2559 เปิดห้องสมุดอิออนแห่งที่ 7 ณ โรงเรียนวัดล�ำดวน จ.ปราจีนบุรี

มูลนิธฯิ คัดเลือกโรงเรียนวัดล�ำดวน จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี เพือ่ ปรับปรุงพืน้ ทีห่ อ้ งสมุดเดิม ให้เป็นห้องสมุดอิออนแห่งที่ 7 โดยได้บริจาคหนังสือ พร้อมตู้หนังสือ คอมพิวเตอร์ เครือ่ งดนตรีสำ� หรับวงดุรยิ างค์ และตูก้ ดน�ำ้ ดืม่ มอบให้โรงเรียน และโรงเรียนใกล้เคียง อีก 2 แห่ง นอกจากนี้ ยังได้ตดิ ตามผลพร้อมบริจาคหนังสือเพิม่ เติมให้กบั ห้องสมุดอิออน ที่จังหวัดล�ำพูน จ�ำนวน 3 โรงเรียนเป็นโครงการต่อเนื่องปีที่ 2 16 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2559 มอบทุนการศึกษาและให้การสนับสนุนแก่สมาคมเด็กและเยาวชน เพื่อสันติภาพชายแดนใต้ (กลุ่มลูกเหรียง)

มูลนิธิฯ ร่วมกับ บริษัท อิออน (ไทยแลนด์) จ�ำกัด และมูลนิธิอิออน 1% คลับ จัดพิธีมอบทุนอิออนเพื่อการศึกษาประจ�ำปี 2559 จ�ำนวน 32 ทุน จ�ำนวนเงินทั้งสิ้น 2,240,000 บาท ให้แก่นิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัย ธรรมศาสตร์ โดยจัดต่อเนื่องมาเป็นปีที่ 7 เป็นการมอบโอกาสทางการศึกษาให้แก่ ผู้ที่มีผลการเรียนดีเยี่ยม มีความประพฤติดี และขาดแคลนทุนทรัพย์ 24

กิจกรรมอิออนพาน้องเที่ยว

21-27 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2559 ร่วมจัดโปรแกรม Asia Youth Leaders 2016 ในประเทศไทย

มูลนิธิฯ ร่วมกับมูลนิธิอิออน 1% คลับ จัดโปรแกรม Asia Youth Leaders 2016 ในระหว่างวันที่ 21-27 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2559 ในประเทศไทย เปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนระดับ มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายและระดับอุดมศึกษาจากประเทศญีป่ นุ่ จีน เวียดนาม อินโดนีเซีย มาเลเซีย และไทย ได้ร่วมศึกษา และอภิปรายแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น เกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อม เศรษฐกิจ และสังคมของประเทศที่เป็นเจ้าภาพ

19 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2559 มอบเงินสนับสนุนโครงการผ่าตัดเด็กโรคหัวใจ 1,800 ราย

มูลนิธิฯ มอบเงินสนับสนุน 600,000 บาท ให้กับมูลนิธิ เด็กโรคหัวใจ เพื่อสนับสนุนโครงการ “ผ่าตัดเด็กโรคหัวใจ 1,800 ราย เฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ในโอกาสที่จะทรงเจริญพระชนม์พรรษาครบ 90 พรรษา” โครงการนี้เป็นการผ่าตัดช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยเด็กที่เป็นโรคหัวใจ พิการแต่ก�ำเนิด

มูลนิธฯิ บริจาคเงินมูลค่า 1,000,000 บาท ให้กบั มูลนิธิ สร้างรอยยิม้ เป็นปีที่ 3 ในโครงการ “Bright Smiles & Happy Hearts” เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มรอยยิ้มให้เด็กที่มีภาวะปากแหว่ง เพดานโหว่ทั่วประเทศ

พนักงาน พนักงานเป็นก�ำลังส�ำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรให้ ประสบความส�ำเร็จ บริษัทฯ จึงให้ความส�ำคัญในการดูแล พนักงานอย่างใกล้ชิด สนับสนุนให้มีการเรียนรู้อยู่เสมอ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพ และโอกาสในการก้าวหน้าของพนักงาน จัดสภาพแวดล้อม ในการท�ำงานทีเ่ หมาะสม เพือ่ ให้พนักงาน เกิดทัศนคติเชิงบวกและท�ำงานร่วมกันอย่างมีนำ�้ ใจ ส่งผลให้ ท�ำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และตอบสนองความต้องการ ของลูกค้าได้อย่างดีที่สุด การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล

ส�ำหรับอัตราการลาออกเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนคิดเป็น 3.94% (มากสุด ในกรุงเทพฯ 40.2% น้อยทีส่ ดุ ในภาคกลางฝัง่ ตะวันตก ที่ 7.1%) และในจ�ำนวนการลาออกทั้งหมด 2,012 คน เป็น ผูห้ ญิง 80.1% ผูช้ าย 19.9 % จากทัง้ หมด และในทุกช่วงอายุ ซึ่งเป็นพนักงานในช่วงอายุ 21-30 ปี มากถึง 79.0% การพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล

สภาพแวดล้อมในการท�ำงาน

หลักปฏิบตั ขิ องอิออน ได้กำ� หนดจรรยาบรรณและหลักเกณฑ์ ในการดูแลพนักงาน ซึง่ เป็นทรัพยากรทีส่ ำ� คัญทีส่ ดุ ของบริษทั ฯ และไม่เลือกปฏิบัติจากสัญชาติ เชื้อชาติ เพศ ศาสนา หรือ ความบกพร่องทางร่างกาย บริษทั ฯ จึงมัน่ ใจได้ถงึ การปฏิบตั ิ อย่างเป็นธรรม และให้โอกาสทีเ่ ท่าเทียมกันส�ำหรับพนักงาน ทุกคนในการจ้างงาน เงินเดือน และสวัสดิการ การฝึกอบรม การประเมินผล การเลือ่ นต�ำแหน่ง การลงโทษ การเลิกจ้างหรือ การเกษียณอายุ นอกจากนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้ปฏิบัติต่อพนักงาน ด้วยความเคารพและให้เกียรติ ภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมทีป่ ราศจาก การล่วงละเมิด และพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์อื่นๆ

บริษทั ฯ เล็งเห็นความส�ำคัญของการมีสภาพแวดล้อมทีด่ ี ในการท�ำงาน จึงได้จัดสรรพื้นที่เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด และมีพื้นที่พักผ่อนส�ำหรับพนักงาน ณ ส�ำนักงานใหญ่และ ศูนย์ปฏิบตั กิ ารทัว่ ประเทศ โดยมีวตั ถุประสงค์ให้พนักงานได้ ผ่อนคลายความเครียดจากการท�ำงาน อาทิ ห้องปั๊มนม ซึ่ง ได้รบั ความพึงพอใจจากพนักงานหญิงเป็นอย่างมาก และการ จัดให้มีพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ประจ�ำอยู่ที่ส�ำนักงานใหญ่และศูนย์ ปฏิบัติการทั่วประเทศ ตั้งแต่เวลา 09:00-18:00 น. นอกจากนี้ ทางบริษัท อิออน ธนสินทรัพย์ (ไทยแลนด์) จ�ำกัด (มหาชน) และ บริษทั เอซีเอส เซอร์วสิ ซิง่ (ประเทศไทย) จ�ำกัด ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการภาคใต้ ได้ย้ายที่ท�ำการแห่งใหม่ไปยัง อาคาร ซี.พี.ทาวเวอร์ หาดใหญ่ ทัง้ นีเ้ พือ่ รองรับการขยายธุรกิจ ตลอดจนการสร้างภาพลักษณ์ ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการที่มีความ ทันสมัย สะดวกสบาย และมีสภาพแวดล้อมทีด่ ีในการท�ำงาน รายงานความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม 2559 / 2560

ปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมถือได้ว่าเป็นปัญหาระดับโลก ซึง่ มีการรณรงค์ และขอความร่วมมือทุกประเทศ ในการช่วยกัน ลดการใช้ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ หรือตระหนักถึงความคุ้มค่า เมือ่ จ�ำเป็นต้องใช้ รวมทัง้ ช่วยกัน คิดค้น และใช้เทคโนโลยีตา่ งๆ ให้สามารถอยู่ร่วมกันกับธรรมชาติ ลดผลกระทบทางด้าน สิ่งแวดล้อมกันอย่างจริงจัง ในฐานะที่บริษัทฯ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่อาจจะส่งผลกระทบ ต่อสิง่ แวดล้อมทัง้ ทางตรงและทางอ้อม บริษทั ฯ จึงให้ความส�ำคัญ และตระหนักถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อปัญหาสิง่ แวดล้อมทีเ่ กิดขึน้ ดังนั้นจึงได้น�ำระบบบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม (ISO 14001) มาประยุกต์ใช้ครอบคลุมทัง้ องค์กร โดยได้รบั การรับรองตัง้ แต่ ปี 2553 ทีส่ ำ� นักงานใหญ่ และขยายไปทุกศูนย์ปฏิบตั ภิ มู ภิ าค ในปีต่อๆ มา และในปัจจุบันได้มีการปรับเวอร์ชั่นของระบบ

การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมเป็น ISO 14001 : 2015 ซึ่งแสดงถึง ความมุง่ มัน่ ขององค์กรทีจ่ ะเป็นส่วนหนึง่ ในการช่วยลดปัญหา ด้านสิง่ แวดล้อมอย่างต่อเนือ่ ง โดยยังคงไว้ซงึ่ นโยบายสิง่ แวดล้อม ดังนี้ 1. บริษทั ฯ จะด�ำเนินธุรกิจ โดยค�ำนึงถึงผลกระทบต่อสิง่ แวดล้อม การป้องกันมลพิษด้านสิง่ แวดล้อมและการอนุรกั ษ์ทรัพยากร ให้เกิดประโยชน์สงู สุด ตลอดจนการพัฒนาระบบบริหาร จัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2. บริษัทฯ จะจัดท�ำระบบบริหารจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม เพือ่ ให้มนั่ ใจได้วา่ การด�ำเนินธุรกิจ จะเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย และข้อก�ำหนดอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม 3. บริษทั ฯ จะก�ำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ เป้าหมาย และโครงการ เพื่อสนับสนุนระบบบริหารจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอัน ก่อให้เกิดประสิทธิผลสูงสุดต่อองค์กร 4. บริษทั ฯ จะสร้างจิตส�ำนึกในการรักษาสิง่ แวดล้อมให้กบั พนักงาน เพือ่ ให้การจัดท�ำระบบบริหารจัดการด้านสิง่ แวดล้อม เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ในปี 2559 บริษทั ฯ ได้จดั ท�ำและสานต่อโครงการเกีย่ วกับสิง่ แวดล้อมทัง้ ทีเ่ ป็นโครงการทีจ่ ดั ท�ำภายใน และภายนอกบริษทั ฯ โครงการภายในบริษทั ฯ ได้แก่ โครงการคัดแยกขยะทัว่ ไป ขยะรีไซเคิล ขยะอันตราย และมาตรการการลดการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้า เพื่อสร้างจิตส�ำนึกในการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมให้กับพนักงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง และมุ่งหวังให้พนักงานสามารถน�ำไปประยุกต์ใช้ใน ชีวิตประจ�ำวันได้อีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้เป็นสมาชิกกับองค์กรภายนอก ในโครงการดี ๆ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม คือ “Shred 2 Share Project” “เปลี่ยนความลับให้เป็นความรัก” ร่วมกับบริษัท ไทยบริติชซีเคียวริตี้ พริ้นติ้ง จ�ำกัด (มหาชน) อย่างต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่ปี 2553 จนถึงปัจจุบัน ซึ่งเป็นการจัดการข้อมูลในรูปแบบกระดาษที่ไม่ได้ใช้งานแล้วอย่างปลอดภัย ป้องกันการรั่วไหลข้อมูล อีกทั้ง ยังสามารถน�ำกระดาษทีถ่ กู ท�ำลายกลับมาใช้ได้ใหม่ โดยจ�ำนวนของกระดาษทีส่ ง่ เข้าร่วมโครงการจะถูกเปลีย่ นเป็นเงินบริจาค เพือ่ สนับสนุนกิจกรรมพัฒนาสังคมตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการอีกด้วย โดยโครงการในปีนไี้ ด้สนับสนุนอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน และอุปกรณ์กีฬาให้แก่โรงเรียนต�ำรวจตระเวนชายแดน มูลค่ากว่า 18 ล้านบาท ทั้งหมด 110 โรงเรียนในประเทศทั่วภูมิภาค ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นว่า บริษัทฯ มีการด�ำเนินธุรกิจด้วยความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ในปี 2559 บริษัทฯ ได้ส่งกระดาษเพื่อท�ำลาย ร่วมกับ โครงการ Shred 2 Share Project ทั้งหมด 141.94 ตัน โดยมี การรณรงค์ให้น�ำกระดาษมาเข้าร่วมกับโครงการมากขึ้นและส่งผลให้จ�ำนวนกระดาษเพิ่มขึ้นจาก ปี 2558 ทั้งสิ้น 12.94 ตัน ซึ่งคาดว่าจะสามารถช่วยลดมลพิษ จากก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ และการใช้ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ทั้งจาก ถ่านหิน และน�้ำได้ ดังนี้ Reduce CO2 Coal H2O

Risk Management System The Company realizes uncertainties of current economic situations leading to risk exposure that affects the Company’s performance. The Company therefore has accordingly implemented the Risk Management System as follows; 1. Risk Management Committee

The Company has established the Risk Management Committee (“RMC”) consisting of Managing Director, all executive directors and top managements. The Company arranges the RMC meeting every month together with AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd., as well as all affiliated companies both domestic and overseas by means of TV Conference.

Risk Management Committee has scope of power and duties to analyses, and identifies risk factor associated with activities for revenue through improvement of business operation practices, monitoring, and controlling risk factors consistent with acceptable limits.

The Company also set up the Risk Management Department in order to support the RMC in setting up, reviewing, and monitoring the Company’s Risk Management System.

3. Risk

The Company has divided main risks into 4 risks as follows: Credit Risk: Credit risk is the potential for loss due to the failure of counterparty to meet its obligations to pay the Company in accordance with agreed terms.

This results from risk factors arising from the current economic conditions.

• World economic slowdown directly affecting the customer’s ability to repay the loan.

• The discontinuation of employment in some areas, temporary ceasing of operations in some industries and wage reduction, which directly affect the debt repayment ability of customers.

• Natural disasters i.e. flood, drought, etc. that affect the customer’s ability to repay a loan.

This risk is managed through a framework that sets out policies and procedure. The Company defines the strategy and goals of lending and strategic risk as

a whole, such the policy and strategy had been revised timely e.g. more strengthen Personal Loan payment ratio for the good preparation during economic slowdown.

Such policy had been cascade to all relevant staff regularly.

The Company has many tools to manage credit risk such as credit scoring which include geographies and industries etc., setting credit criteria, performing credit reviews, and also layering authority for credit approval. Credit origination function and the credit approval functions are clearly segregated to enhance internal control in order to mitigate credit risk.

Market Risk: the risk of loss resulting from changes in the value of assets including off-balance sheet assets due to fluctuations in risk factors such as interest rates, foreign exchange rates and stock prices and the risk of loss resulting from changes in earnings generated from assets and liabilities. The Company regularly monitors the status of additional amount of securities invested monthly. The Company also follows up on changes in bank rate or the financing rate.

Liquidity Risk: the risk that the Company will incur losses because working capital is insufficient to pay for cash outflow or is forced to obtain funds at far higher interest rates than under normal conditions or unexpected substantial cash outflow than expected (referred to as funding-liquidity risk). The Company diversifies such risk by having 16 banks as a source of The Company’s funding and The Company monitors impacts of changes on financing practice and cash management, drivers of changes in investment balance.

Operational Risk: Operational risk refers to the risk of loss arising from inadequate or failed internal processes, people and systems (Information Technology) or event due to external factors includes legal risk but excludes strategic risk and reputation risk. This risk arises from normal course of business activities. However, the Company’s Department Operation Manual clearly identified each work flow process so the employees understand the process and can operate effectively. The Company has also established policy framework for operational risk

management in order to maintain a low probability of an unexpected loss event. Risk Management Committee receives regular reports on risk concern and conducts ‘deep dive’ review on risk information reporting of prudential risks.

In 2015, the Company established many tools that support the coordination of operational risk activities to identify, monitor, manage and report risk issue which included the respective units to perform Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA) to identify

operational risk of each core operational processing.

The assessment identifies inherent risk to current operating process and evaluates effectiveness of existing control. The results are presented to business units committees and relevant senior committees for agreement and setting of action plans to mitigate or eliminate the risk where the exposure is deemed unacceptable and ensure residual risk is at acceptable level. The analyses and result will be used as part of Key Risk Indicators (KRI) to monitor risk event.

Operational Risk Matrix had been established as guideline to assess and assign risk rating to each operational incident. Incident report is to consolidate all damage events both financial and non-financial loss also other damage or unusual events which those information the company will use for either process improvement or established additional control to minimize risk or loss due to operational risk event.

Moreover as part of risk mitigation process, the Company had Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure continuity of key activities during a crisis event, should any emergency event occurred such as offenses and disasters the Company will provide constantly service to customer or minimize operating disruption period to acceptable duration. The plan has been annually revised by all departments, Regeneration system and key company’s operating process also annually rehearsed to ensure the Company can efficiently perform normal operation in all crises.

Compliance System The Company established the Corporate Compliance Department and Compliance Committee (“CC�) and set up the Policy of Compliance and Policy of Compliance Committee where defines clearly responsibility.

The Corporate Compliance Department directly report to CC. The major responsibility of the Corporate Compliance Department are to provide training to all staffs on Code of Conduct and Compliance guidance, important related laws and regulations, recommendation as well as regular monitors to ensure all staff fully understand and be aware of the importance of compliance including all operation processes perform correctly

and aligning with related laws and regulations and Company’s policies.

CC comprises of all executive directors and top managements where Director in charge of Corporate Compliance presides as chairman. The major responsibility of CC is to discuss compliance matters, approve Compliance Manual and Policy of Compliance, monitoring results, etc. When found the problem that against regulations and policies, CC will consider preventive measures, corrective measures and report/ recommend to Board of Directors.

Internal Control System - Roles and Responsibilities of Internal Audit

The Company established an Internal Audit Department as an independent function which directly reports to the Audit Committee.

The duties and responsibilities of the Internal Audit Department include reviewing, assessment of efficiency and effectiveness of internal control systems at the corporate level and the level of business-processes, evaluate relevant risks and corporate governance of the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies in the Company’s group. Moreover, the Internal Audit Department also provides consultations and advices with the aim of value added to the Company and improving on operational efficiency and control.

reports of audit results and rectification approaches to Executive Management on a monthly basis and to Audit Committee on a quarterly basis.

In 2016, the Internal Audit Department performed reviewing and assessing the internal control by reviewing operational and business processes of various departments at the Head Office, Branches and Operation centers in each region as well as its subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Furthermore, compliance audits pertaining to relevant laws and regulations which may relate to the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies were also conducted.

Quality Management System

The Company is provision of variety of retail finance services, including credit card, personal loan, hire purchase and web Business. To provide quality service and respond to customer needs, the Company has implemented ISO 9001 standard (Quality Management System or QMS) to ensure that the Quality Management System has been developed, continuous improvement and remain effective by ISO standard. The Company has successfully transited to the new version of ISO 9001: 2015 since 2015 until present which the scope has covered Head Office, all Centers and branches from Certified Body.

The Company is committed to improving the effectiveness and also develops quality management system continuity which we maintained the quality policy as following; 1. Customers come first We think, discuss, perform and implement every possible measure to enrich customers’ lifestyle 2. JDM Knowledge Base is a tool for organizing, storing, and searching credit policies, external information and sharing information function as a digital library which is user friendly and convenience to all users. The benefits of this project are reducing paper and increase communication among staff efficiency and effectiveness.

Customer Satisfaction Survey The Company has had a project to improve staff service and get more high satisfaction from customer.

It is called “Customer Satisfaction Survey Project”, set up suggestion form and suggestion box at all 108 branches nationwide. After customer already used a service at branch, staff gave the form to them for evaluate service level of the Company. The customer is able to drop it in the box there. It is mainly mentioned 2 necessary topics “Staff service” and “Place include to facilities at branch” in this form.

The Company collects it every 3 months. The valuable suggestions from customer are reported to Managements for consideration to corrective action method by Department of change.

In addition proceed satisfaction survey of branch service we have a Customer satisfaction toward of Contact Center project to get feedback from customer using our service every month. For continually improve the service of the Contact Center department. The results of the evaluation tend to be more satisfied.

Kaizen As the continuously and rapidly of business growing, the Company recognizes not only the increasing of revenue but also improving the quality of operations such as to reduce internal process, reduce costs by eliminating any waste to serve customer satisfaction instantly as well as to ensure the information security.

The Company has continued to apply “Kaizen� to be a part of management tools in order to increase company’s efficiency and effectiveness.

In 2016,Kaizen Section conducted training and support to employees as well as encouraged to engage in Kaizen activities. There were 195suggestions from various departments. The suggestions focus on cost saving, safety at work, customersatisfactionas well asincrease efficiency and effectiveness of operation process.

Information Security Management System Report The Company (AEONTS : Head Office, all centers and branches) continues to maintain high standard in the Information Security Management System(ISO 27001:2013) seriously to protecting the company’s information against loss of the confidentiality, integrity and availability cover all document types of the business.

In addition, the Company considers the business environment by study and identifies all of the external and internal factors that could influence the information security management system using in company, and to get the benefit from those issues to help increase productivity and competitive advantage. The examples of external factor are the economic environment, the customer responsive, business competitor, technology, legal, etc., The example of internal factor are marketing strategy, organization management, and human resource management, etc.These factors are taken into risk consideration and also further protection.

To increase the efficiency of operation and focused on the information security, Company developed and improved by using the high technology to verify the security of information flow in the system such as 58

• Email Restriction To ensure that emails are successfully sent and received are secured to prevent all different kind of problems, such as sending confidential data, nonwork data and prohibited words to external agents.

The Company has an information security control process to limit of emails usage such as - Confidential information that is containing work related documents, customer and employee privacy data must not be sent externally though email.

- Sending emails is restricted to a maximum of 30 email addresses per time.

- Sending to free email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc. are not allowed. Should have an email address that related to work or business corporation which the permission from Corporate Compliance Department is required.

Furthermore, the Company also concentrates with business continuity to preparing for any issue or situation that could happen any time. The Company has set up a backup with the appropriate approach base on the priority of data and arranged BCP Test Plan regularly cover core systems and operation of the Company including improved operational risk management and internal control to raise awareness of data protection effectively and toensuring with shareholders

Wat Lam Duan School, Prachinburi province was selected to be AEON Library 2016, the 7th library. The Foundation also grants books, computer, music instrument, and water dispenser to school and 2 nearby schools.

September 19, 2016 Contribute cash to support “1,800 Children Heart Surgery Project” through The Cardiac Children Foundation of Thailand.

The Foundation contributes cash in amount 600,000 baht to the Cardiac Children Foundation of Thailand support “1,800 Children Heart Surgery” projects in order to celebrate H.M. the King’s 90th Birthday Anniversary in 2017. This project aims to support surgery for children born with congenital heart disease.

December 19, 2017 Donate cash to support Operation Smile Thailand Foundation

The Foundation granted cash in amount 1,000,000 baht to Operation Smile Thailand Foundation to support “Bright Smiles & Happy Hearts” project for the 3rd year.

For Employees The Company recognizes that employees are a key in driving organization successfully, therefore, we emphasizes on take care of staff closely. The Company encourages staff to learning at all times to increase their potential as well as their chances of progress in work.

The Company also creates a proper working environment for staff to have positive attitude and collaborative spirit which initiates to good performance of work and meet customer’s requirement.

Human Resource Management

In 2016, AEON had employment opportunities in all regions in Thailand. The Company realizes the importance of individual according to the human rights, ethics and non-discrimination. The Company also gives equal opportunities for all nationalities, genders, religions, race and disability to be able to be a part of the Company’s success.

To follow the growth of the Company, we employed 2,292 persons between March 1, 2016 and February 28, 2017, consisted of 423 males (18.5%) and 1,869 females (81.5%) in all range of ages and regions.

Approximately 83.5% of newly employed are aged 21 to 30 years old and 38.0% of employment was made

in Bangkok area followed by Northeast (17.3%) and Southern region (14.8%). And we have employed 48 disabilities staff in all regions.

Average monthly turn-over rate of the Company was 3.94% which made it 2,012 persons (female: 80.1%, male: 19.9%) in 2016, highest in Bangkok region of 40.2% and lowest in Central West region of 7.1%. The age of resigned person was varied but 79.0% was aged 21 to 30 years old. However, the Company recognizes the employee retention is a key for sustainable development of the Company as well.

Human Resource Development

To align with the vision and strategy of the Company that we will be the leader in Retail Financial Services in both Domestic and Asia Pacific, we provided continuous development for our employees at all levels from staff to senior executives in order to improve their skills and capabilities both functional and management skills.

In addition, the Company provided Management Development Program for supervisor level up who was promoted and appointed in 2016 to improve management skills and prepared them for future leaders that can serve company goals and strategy.

In 2016, the Company has developed employees by providing total of 19 training courses with 368 batches.

There are total 6,840 participants and 4,024 training hours.

Fair Treatment of Employee

Working Environment

AEON Code of Conduct sets ethical conducts and principles to deal with our employees as one of the most important assets of the Company and not to be treated in discriminatory manner on the basis of nationality, race, gender, educational background, religion or disability.

Therefore, the Company ensures fair treatment and equal opportunities for all employees in hiring, salary and benefits, training, evaluation, promotion, discipline, termination or retirement. In addition, the Company treats employees with respect and dignity in an environment free from harassment, victimization and any other unwanted conduct.

The Company assesses its effectiveness in creating a positive working environment by concerning the use of Office Space with maximum utilization and benefit for Headquarter and each Operation Center. For example, we provide Relax Rooms for employees to relax outside of work and release work pressure. We also provide Lactation Room which has got very much satisfaction from lactating mothers, with a professional nurse in Headquarter and each Operation Center during working time.

In addition, the Company together with ACS Servicing Co., Ltd. relocated a new operation center at C.P. Tower Building in Hatyai in order to cope with business expansion and also to create a good image as a welcoming environment and facilities for employees.

Environmental Saving Report

The environmental problem is a global problem that campaign and encouraging all countries to reduce using the natural resources or concerned to the worthwhile of necessary using, help to create technologies for reduce effect of environmental problem.

The Company is regarded as directly and indirectly environmental whilst also recognizing and focusing on responsibilities for environmental problems that arise.

Therefore, we have applied and certified the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) covering a whole company and since 2010 at Head office and all centers.

At present, the Company had been successfully transited to the new version of ISO 14001: 2015 that shown our

commitment of the Company to be a part of reduce environmental problems continuously that have a Environmental policy as follows.

1. Strive to continually improve our Environmental Management System to be applied to all business activities with respect to environmental impacts, protect environmental pollution, preserving and natural resources.

2. Ensure that all business activities comply with applicable environmental laws and other requirements.

3. Establish and adhere to our environmental goals and objectives to support Environmental Management System which will be reviewed periodically in order to improve energy efficiency and environmental protection.

4. Build up environmental awareness among employees in order to ensure that the Environmental Management System is effectively implemented.

In 2016, the Company coordinate to concerned person for continues the internal and external project Internal project such as “The Hazardous / Recycle / General Trash Screening Project” and “Energy Saving Campaign” to let AEONTS’s people become aware of environment responsibilities continued and aims to encourage them to be implemented in daily life as well.

In addition, the Company still to be member with external project in “the shred 2 Share Project” or “Change Your Secret into Love” in corporations with Thai British Security Printing Public Company Limited since 2010.

The paper management which recycle safely to prevent the information leakage and the paper recycle can be changed to the donation money and sponsor to social development activities as project objective. And this year, this project supported stationary and sports for 110 Border Patrol Police School across the region of Thailand (18 million Bath) which shows that the Company has engaged with environmental and social responsibility.

In 2016, the Company destroyed paper with Shred 2 Share Project total 141.94 tons that increase 12.94 tons from 2015 after safely degradation conduce to correct way to recycle there can reduce CO2 emissions, Coal and H2O as follows.
