It is the smallest country of South America. Located between two giants – Argentina and Brazil – Uruguay is a touristic destination, appreciated by its neighbors. The country managed to develop its own culture, heritage from French, Italian and Spanish immigrants. Wonderful beaches, green meadows as far as eye can see… They are typical Uruguayan landscapes. With the capital city Montevideo, the hippie village of Cabo Polonio, or Punta del Este, jet-setters’ meeting place, Uruguay has many different faces to offer.
