How do I add Guest Service Gold to my program?
Guest Service Gold and the CGSP® are ideal for an introductory hospitality course, a lodging operations course, or supervision course. Because it can easily be taught in a single class session, it can be one of the first lessons new students learn—boosting their confidence with a professional certification early in their educational process. Guest Service Gold can be offered online for individual study or presented in class. Print instructor resources are available for an additional fee to assist instructors with presenting the material and exam.
