Foreword
行政總裁 Chief Executive Officer 邱歡智 Lynn Yau 在 2014-15 年 度， 誇 啦 啦 藝 術 集 匯 以 世界新視野為題設計了一系列節目以紀念 第一次世界大戰一百年，旨在為參加者提 供嶄新、多角度的空間，鼓勵他們多觀 察、創作和思考。在本年度回顧報告中的 第一部分「合作無間」，我們邀請到 18 位 在過去一年和我們緊密合作的人士分享解 決衝突、令世界更美好的方案。因此請您 以參觀展覽的心情，一頁一頁細讀，給自 己一點反思的空間。畢竟，藝術本身遠比 純粹美麗的畫面和故事要宏大得多。 藉此機會我想感謝董事局成員在過去一年 來對我們的工作抱有無比熱情，並提供堅 定不移的支持，同時亦感謝誇啦啦行政團 隊及合作伙伴的努力不懈，更感激所有贊 助機構與伙伴讓我們的想象變為真實，全 賴他們，我們才可以有如此充實而圓滿的 一年。

The 2014-15 season commemorated the centenary of World War I through a New World theme. Pervading AFTEC's programmes, the key concept was to support seeing, creating and thinking from new and multiple perspectives. In Part I of this company report, Engaging Participants, 18 collaborators were asked for possible solutions to conflict and a brighter world. You are invited to walk by each individual portrait as if at an exhibition, pausing to reflect. The arts are, afterall, much more than pretty pictures and story-telling. We would like to thank the Board of Directors for their unswerving support and enormous enthusiasm towards our work in 2014-15. The AFTEC administration team and collaborators have been incredible in their endeavours for the organisation. Our sponsors and partners were pivotal in turning our imagination into solid reality. We could not have completed the year with so much learnt and achieved without them.

Part II Creating Theatre illuminates the season's programmes with basic facts and figures. Furthermore, collaborators of different ages continue their thoughts to the year reminiscing upon their actual experiences with us. As a continuously evolving Learning Theatre™, we hope we can demonstrate through programming, teaching and learning at diverse levels in Chinese and/or English as the bedrock to what we encompass and produce. Our heartfelt thanks to inspiration from Sir Brian McMaster: "....too many organizations, particularly from the performing arts, have been content to supply audiences with a superficial experience that provides an immediate satisfaction but no lasting impact" (Supporting Excellence in the Arts, 2008:18).

The Learning Theatre™ Re-discover curiosity, Re-create the mind, Re-do meaning 誇啦啦藝術集匯（誇啦啦）成立於 2008 年，是一個以學習劇場 ™ 為宗旨的雙語 劇場及藝術教育組織，自 2009 年起成 為康文署轄下的西灣河文娛中心場地伙 伴。誇啦啦策動的核心計劃包括青年劇 場、中英文雙語戲劇及其他藝術計劃等， 鼓勵參加者投入參與、主動學習。在過 去 6 年，誇啦啦已為超過 105,000 位觀 眾及參加者製作多個節目及活動。2015 年誇啦啦被羅兵咸永道非政府機構指導 計劃選為 10 間最具影響力的機構之一。 誇啦啦亦於 2015 年獲香港藝術發展局 頒發藝術教育獎 2013-14。
The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection (AFTEC) is a Learning Theatre™ established in 2008 and has been the Venue Partner of the Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre under the LCSD Venue Partnership Scheme since 2009. AFTEC specialises in youth theatre, bilingual theatre and arts programmes with the philosophy of learning and participation embedded. AFTEC has reached over 105,000 audience members and participants in the past 6 years through our diversified productions and programmes. Selected as a top 10 high impact organisation, AFTEC is part of the Pricewaterhouse Coopers NGO Mentoring Programme in 2015. AFTEC is the recipient of the Arts Education Award 2013-14 from the Hong Kong Arts Development Council.

Bravo 計劃 2013-14 旨在為 13-18 歲年輕人提供雙語劇場及個人成長訓練，並優先取錄來 自經濟困難家庭的申請人。本地訓練自 2013 年開始為期一年，由本地及海外導師執教，完 成一年本地訓練後設總遴選，從中挑選學員於 2014 年暑假期間前往倫敦音樂及戲劇藝術 或台南十鼓文化村接受進階訓練。 學院（LAMDA） 2015 年 4 月，Bravo 獲香港藝術發展局頒發藝術教育獎（非學校組） 。評審認為本計劃「計劃 周詳，整體目標明確，在策劃及宣傳推廣方面均表現出色。」，並且能通過演戲訓練為 13-18 歲青少年的個人成長帶來正面影響。 首屆 Bravo 計劃表現卓越，50 位參加者中分別有 19 位及 7 位被挑選前往倫敦及台南受 訓。而第二屆 （2015-16）申請人數則大幅增加超過一倍至 550 人，誇啦啦經過重重遴選， 從中挑選了 46 人成為新一屆 Bravo 計劃參加者。
Pilotted in 2013-14, Bravo supports bilingual acting skills and personal growth and change through theatre for 13-18 year old with priority from vulnerable backgrounds. The year-long training in Hong Kong by local and overseas artists, culminated with auditions for further enhanced training at LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) in London and Ten Drum Cultural Village in Tainan in the summer of 2014 for deserving candidates. In April 2015, Bravo won the award for Arts Education (Non-School Division) from the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) for a project "meticulously planned ...with a clear objective, combined with extraordinary coordination and publicity". In 2013-14, 50 participants were trained in Hong Kong with 19 and 7 students invited to London and Tainan respectively. The success of the pilot saw enrolment more than doubled for the 2015-16 cohort to 550 with 46 students accepted.

Through constant year-round exposure to diverse arts disciplines in and outside of the classroom, Sm-ART Youth enabled underprivileged children to nurture a questioning habit of mind, to understand the self and beyond, and to locate meaning in their young lives. Now into its third year, the programme required students to work on an independent art project to further develop their problem-finding and problem-solving skills. This programme was founded on the concept of inter-generational teaching and learning with training for volunteers and contribution.

誇啦啦藝術集匯自 2012 年起成為香港大學李嘉誠醫學院社區伙伴，負責為醫科本科生策劃 及執教醫學人文科中的表演藝術單元。本單元旨在訓練學生「覺察病人需要，回應社會對 醫生的要求及期望，並建立嚴謹的道德操守與專業標準」 。
Since 2012, the Performance Arts module has been an on-going training programme created and led by AFTEC as the Community Partner for undergraduate education. The module aimed to ensure that students are "sensitized to the needs of patients and are able to meet the expectations and demands of society, as well as being taught to the highest ethical and professional standards".

本劇由誇啦啦藝術總監黃清霞博士及國際形體劇場藝術家 Michael Brown 聯合執導，以當 代形體劇場方式重新演繹古希臘神話英雄傑森與雅戈英雄尋找金羊毛的故事，佈局宏大， 將故事中的著名場景如崩塌王城、噴火公牛之戰等一一呈現在觀眾眼前。《希》劇由 6 位專 業演員帶領年輕新晉演員聯合演出，當中包括 10 位 Bravo 計劃 2013-14 畢業生。
Co-directed by AFTEC Artistic Director Dr Vicki Ooi and international movement artist Michael Brown, this production retold the ancient Greek myth in a modern physical approach. A vibrant youth ensemble including 10 Bravo 2013-14 graduates and 6 professional actors created rich monotour stage images from a collapsed palace to the fire-breathing Minotaur.
