Base Bid A & B and additive alternates: Improvements on North Coast Highway 101, from approximately 140 feet south of Jupiter Street to 300 feet north of La Costa Avenue, in the City of Encinitas, in the state of California. The work to be completed involves demolition, pavement removal and reconstruction, pavement grind and overlay, roundabout construction, curbs/gutters, sidewalk construction, bioretention areas, roadway improvements, signing and striping, storm drain improvements, paleontological monitoring and reporting, water and sewer facility improvements, lighting, decorative furnishings and hardscape, landscaping and irrigation, and all appurtenances not mentioned above and required in accordance with Contract Documents. This bid package includes nine (9) additive alternates for Base Bid A and two (2) additive alternates for Base Bid B. The Additive Alternates include streetscape improvements between Phoebe Street and Jupiter Street, parking pods, DG path, North County Transit District (NCTD) bus shelters, sewer rehabilitation, NCTD fencing, landscape planting, decorative street furnishing, and large storm drain improvements.

Sweetwater Authority (Authority) is seeking on-call contracts with General Civil Engineering consultants (Consultant) to assist the Authority on an on-call basis to support its general engineering and capital improvement programs, as required. The Authority invites your firm to provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), including hourly rates as a stand-alone document, in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), listing its qualifications to provide general civil engineering consulting services including the tasks described in the scope of work.The work will be for facilities located, or facilities to be located, within the Authority’s service area and the Loveland Reservoir property area located near Alpine in San Diego County.
