Construction crew parking shall have minimalimpact to local streets. Parking limits shall be conveyed in the trafficcontrol plans and submitted to the Resident Engineer for Cityapproval prior to commencement of construction activities.2.1.13.5 Staging Area – Staging shall be in the red parking zone at end ofNarragansett Avenue. Staging limits shall be conveyed in the trafficcontrol plans and submitted to the Resident Engineer for Cityapproval prior to commencement of construction activities.2.1.13.6 Traffic Control – The DB shall submit plans to Resident Engineer forapproval prior to beginning construction activities. Contractor shallalways provide adequate signs and barricades to prevent access towork site during construction and restrict access after working hours.Working hours are dependent on tidal conditions and are subject tochange; any changes to the normal working hours tidal or weatherconditions, Contractor shall notify the Resident Engineer Contractorshall place detour signs for pedestrians at beach access locations inthe near vicinity of the construction site indicating stie is closed andthe available alternate beach access routes.2.1.13.7 Noise, Dust, Stormwater, and Other Environmental Controls adhereto all applicable environmental regulations during the construction.2.1.13.8 Safety and Security – Maintain the safety and security of theconstruction site during the construction.2.1.14 Civil Design - Civil design shall conform to all current, applicable standards andguideline for such work, including but not limited to the following:? California Building Code (CBC),? American Concrete Institute (ACI),? American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM),? Americans with Disability Act (ADA) Title II Regulations 28 CFR Part 35and 35.151, including the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design(Appendix A of 28CFR Part 36,),?
