New ground up retail building shell for future tenant to occupy. Project includes new building slab and footings, wood framed exterior walls with plywood sheathing and stucco / metal finishes. Building roof to be framed with tapered wood joist, sheathed and TPO roofing. Building will also contain new electrical switchgear with conduit feeds into the building. Roof top mechanical units on curbs to be installed and plumbed for tenant improvements. Plumbing and waste lines to be provided and stubbed into building space. Civil and landscaping to be under separate submittal.

The government anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed-priced, Supply contract with no option periods.)The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, services, and supervision to perform landscape irrigation work described herein to improve existing irrigation system at Riverside National Cemetery (RNC), located in Riverside California.
