The City of Riverside Public Works Department and the Riverside Regional Water Quality Control Plant (“City” and “RWQCP”) are seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide lease/rental of multiple pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) closed-circuit television (CCTV) mobile security camera units with thermal imaging to be placed around the perimeter of the RWQCP to increase security. The activities shall be monitored by the Company and the contracted lease/rental term is 12 months with the option to renew in month-tomonth basis for the second 12 months. See exhibit “A” – Mobile Security Camera Units Specification for the expected performance of each component of the system. The City anticipates selecting one Company to perform the services.

The proposed project will consist of building a new, approximately 14’ wide x 174’ long prefabricated bow steel-truss pedestrian bridge. This project concept has been designed such that the horizontal and vertical alignment meets the requirements of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access, flood control water surface elevation criteria, and current City standards.The Project will require a fullservice for the Bridge under the conditions that the Contractor/Firm with the ability to deliver a wide range of services including, but not limited to:· Project Coordination· Bridge Engineering· Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) (Bridge Only)· Preparation and submittals for Building approval and permit (Bridge Only)· Coordination with the architect, lighting designer, site engineers, shade structure specialist· Bridge fabrication· Delivery of Bridge to Site· Storage of Bridge in the shop or on the field· Bridge installation under coordination with the Site Contractor.
