The Contractor must be able to perform one of two requested services:1) Remove (“pull”) the well equipment and assess, review and evaluate the well performance, review equipment manufacture performance data provided by the SBMWD, review historical data, work closely with SBMWD staff to understand the well deficiencies and what is expected for complete repair of the well. Once the evaluation is complete, the Contractor shall provide a detailed written recommendation to resolve the issues with the well. The recommendation will include all labor, material, equipment, and tools necessary to make the recommended repairs along with the expected production output of the repaired well.

Biannual Contract for Fire Hydrant Maintenance for San Bernardino Municipal Water Department (SBMWD). Select fire hydrants (hydrants) will be maintained and painted throughout the SBMWD service area. The SBMWD will provide the locations and identification numbers of each hydrant to be serviced on an as-needed basis. Please provide per unit pricing for your bid. The Department estimates annual usage of 750 units per year.
