Marina Bourderonnet
is a Registered Architect in New York and a LEED Green Associate. She was trained in sculpture, painting, and art history at the Ecole Des Beaux-Arts; studied Italian, Latin, Spanish, and English; graduated from the French National School of Architecture in Paris, and studied design at one of America’s leading architecture universities.
Marina’s primary focus is consultant relationships, interior design, and construction administration. In her work, she loves solving problems and making sure things get done. Marina is highly opinionated and loves to joke!
Marina is from a small town in the countryside of France. Surrounded by picturesque landscapes with Paris nearby, the town had an innate respect for history which Marina both adored and desired to rebel against. This urge for something new likely started at the age of six, when she watched her father tear down and rebuild the family home—a shocking and captivating process. How could a destructive act produce something so complete and loved? From the outside, the completed home would be a quaint structure nestled in a garden with a small pond. Inside, however, it expelled a striking variety of bold colors and an array of eclectic collectibles (a palette expressive of her mother’s addiction to bright pastries). The intense duality of the house both intrigues and annoys Marina to this day.
Jeff Ecleberry
Managing Partner, Arcadia Homes, studied architecture at Ohio State University and then went to work in other fields to broaden his skills in engineering, estimating, and project management. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience after spending over three decades perfecting his craft in the highend custom home building industry. His rigorous attention to detail and an unparalleled level of care make him an invaluable member of the team. Jeff works with clients, designers, engineers, and trades to develop the plans, specifications, and budgets that ultimately turn his clients’ visions into their perfect homes.
David Bruce Lee
is a Registered Architect in California and New York. He graduated from one of the highest-ranked Architecture schools in the United States, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo; studied music and architecture in the Fontainebleau Chateau, France; earned a Master of Urban Design Degree in New York City; and has performed as a trumpet player in the Los Angeles Walt Disney Concert Hall.
David’s primary focus is client relationships and conceptual and exterior envelope design. In his work, he is thoughtful and seeks perfection. David loves talking a lot and looking good!
David is from one of the most impressively ordinary suburban cities in Southern California. However, the particular house and cul-de-sac David grew up in were far from boring to him. His family’s ranch-style home was more ‘architectural playground’ than ‘house’ with his father’s many ambitious remodels. For David, this perpetually incomplete structure, its long driveway, and quiet street were the boundaries of a blank canvas—a space for creative expression. With an ironic garage-full of home-building tools, music-making, and imagination, David’s ordinary suburban life was made exhilarating. To the dismay of his mother, the home is still undergoing several remodels to this day and is likely less complete than it was 30 years ago.
