QUICK TIPS Fundraise on Facebook - it’s easy! Post the following HIV facts in your Facebook status and let everyone know you are raising money to fight these statistics. Be sure to include a link to your AIDS Walk fundraising web page in each post. Every 9 ½ minutes, someone in the U.S. contracts HIV. In the U.S., 1 in 5 of those infected with HIV each year is unaware of their status.

Join 45,000 fellow supporters in the 6.2-mile walk. Remember: It's not a race, so take your time and soak in the beauty of Central Park. Enjoy an assortment of refreshments and snacks available at each of our four checkpoints. Music and fun performances will entertain you along the route. At the finish line, you can expect hearty congratulations, more refreshments, and a Certificate of Completion.
