I. Organization Introduction 1. AIESEC AIESEC has 67 years of experience in developing high-potential youth into globally minded responsible leaders. Presented in over 126 countries and territories and with over 100,000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to participate in international internships (Exchange programs), experience leadership (Team Member and Team Leader program) and participate in a global learning environment. What makes AIESEC unique is the youth driven impactful experience that it offers to its members. AIESEC is run by young people for young people, enabling a strong experience to all its stakeholders. 2. AIESEC VIETNAM Founded in 2006, AIESEC Vietnam has more than 600 members from over 20 top universities. There are 7 official AIESEC Local Chapters in Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City. 3. AIESEC FTU HN AIESEC FTU HN is one of AIESEC’s 7 Local Chapters. Our market now consists of 9 universities: Foreign Trade University (FTU), Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV), Academy of Journalism and Communications (AJC), Hanoi Law University (HLU), British University Vietnam (BUV), Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE), Hanoi University of Industrial Fine Arts (HUIFA), Academy of Finance (AOF), FPT University (FU) AIESEC FTU HN Local Chapter includes 5 Exchange functions and 3 Supporting functions

oGCDP (Outgoing Global Citizen Program) oGCDP is responsible for for sending students abroad to work in various community development projects. oGIP (Outgoing Global Talent Program) oGIP is responsible for for sending students and fresh graduates to work in companies abroad, providing professional and cross-culture working opportunities. iGCDP (Incoming Global Community Development Program) iGCDP is responsible for running local community development projects with international interns. ER (External Relations) ER is responsible for providing internship opportunities in Vietnam for international students. MarCIM (Marketing Communication and Information Management) MarCIM is responsible for organizational external branding and internal communication. F (Finance) F is responsible for educating finance knowledge, managing and ensuring the short-term and longterm financial health of the organization. EM (Expansion Management) EM is responsible for expanding and delivering AIESEC programs and AIESEC impact to more students in other markets in Hanoi that are currently not engaged to AIESEC

II. Program Overview 1. What is Team Member Program (TMP)? Team Member Program is an experience provided for AIESEC’s full member to develop entrepreneurial and responsible leadership by living a practical team experience at a local, regional, national or global level. 2. How we run this program? We provide a practical learning and development experience to a young person, who takes part in a team and takes responsibilities towards managing AIESEC’s performance and the delivery of its experiences. 3. What can a young person gain through this program? With this program, a young person gains access to AIESEC’s platform, and he or she experiences:
A practical team experience Practical hard and soft skills development Access to global network An entrepreneurial and responsible attitude towards being a better leader
TMP participants can have different types of practical team experiences, such as being a part of a project team, a functional team, the organizing committee of an event…

Candidates applying for this category are 1st, 2nd year students who would like to work for AIESEC as a full member in a specific project 1. This Candidate Booklet is available for students from Foreign Trade University (FTU), Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV), Academy of Journalism and Communications (AJC), Academy of Finance (AOF), Hanoi Law University (HLU), Hanoi University of Industrial Fine Art (HUIFA), National University of Education (HNUE) and British University Vietnam (BUV). 2. Candidates must read the Candidate guideline to get the necessary information for applying. 3. Deadline for submitting the application form is 23h59’ Sunday March 6th 2016 Below this is the selection process for Team Member Program Spring Recruitment 2016

Application Form (Feb 17th – Mar 6th): Fill out the questionnaire in the application form and submit before 23:59 Sunday March 6th 2016 Assessment Center (Mar 12th, 13th): After passing the Application Form round, candidates will be informed of the time and venue for Assessment Center. This round includes activities to assess candidates’ competencies. Group Work Week (Mar 14th – 18th): Selected candidates from Assessment Center will be formed into teams to plan and deliver an assigned project. Final Interview (Mar 19th, 20th): After Group Work Week, candidates will present the outcome of their project and the selected ones will join the Final Interview, which is the final round of the Recruitment.
