Dear LCP Applicant, First of all, congrats for taking this huge step and applying to LCP for your Entity. Us, as MC Prisma, are willing to support you 100% during your application, that’s why we created the LCP University. LCP University it’s a collection of 14 Webinars, delivered by the MC, to provide you with knowledge and skills to rock your application process. How it works: ● ● ● ● ●

This is a mandatory part of the selection process, and attending the Webinars will give you extra knowledge to perform at your best. The Webinars are designed to be interactive, for you to practice and ask questions. Take advantage of it! After every Webinar, the MC Responsible will assign you a test and a task to submit. The DDL for the TEST (google form) and the TASK varies from LC to LC, because of the different elections timeline. The DDL is 7 days before your Election Day. All the TASKS should be in PDF format and uploaded in one only Folder named after Name_LastName_LCPUni. Afterwards, download the folder in a ZIP file and send it by the DDL to MCP john.moran@aiesec.es and MCVP OD claudia.carobin@aiesec.es The MC will provide you with a report based on your attendance, proactivity and tasks, that will be presented to the LC during Election Day.

Attend the Webinars Be proactive: this space is for you. Ask questions during the Webinars and above all, approach MC Members while working on your tasks. Take the test by the DDL Submit the task by the DDL
MC Prisma Responsibilities: ● ● ●
Deliver the Webinars Being available to answer your questions and to feedback your tasks, if approached Submit a Report to the LCPc, describing an overall evaluation of the LCP Applicant about %attendance, proactivity, test and task scores.
Q&A What happens if I can't attend one or more Webinars? LCP University is mandatory and your attendance will be tracked and reported in the final report. If for personal/work related reasons you cannot attend one or more webinars, you need to provide a justification to your LCPc and to the MC responsible of the specific Webinar, 24 prior to the Webinar. Will the webinars be recorded? Yes, and you are invited to re-watch them while preparing your tasks or if you didn’t attend. What do I do if I decide to apply to LCP after the LCP University has started? You can watch the recordings and still submit tests and tasks by the DDL I don't run a product in my LC, do I need to attend the webinar about the product? No, it's not mandatory, but you may want to open the procut in the future so it’s up to you.
