What is EST and NTF? Entity Support Team

National Task Force

A national team working with the guidance of MC team to develop specific areas or projects for long-term growth of AIESEC in Malaysia. Diverse collaborating opportunity with members from different LC and MC team. Virtually (occasionally physically)

Job Descriptions: 1. Perform biweekly LC virtual coaching in App-IP-Ma-Re conversion rate and efficiency 2. Analyze LC bottleneck in each process and innovate strategically

KPI: Collective conversion rate for all LCs (70% from App to IP, 70% from IP to Match, 90% from Ma to Re), Biweekly virtual coaching with LCs

oGCP Entity Partnership Delivery Accountable to: MCVP oGCP, Jane Co-deliver entity partnership goal and plan with partners and LCs strategically Expected Outcomes: • Successful entity partnership delivered (achieve match goal and quality) • High LC participation in achieving EYP

LEAD Manager Accountable to: MCVP OD, Manuel Ensure continuity of LEAD in LCs, Implementation of MEC Expected Outcomes: • LCs educated on LEAD and MEC and are implementing it • 1 Touchpoint for LEAD education • Virtual spaces facilitation
