General Questionnaire This group of questions must be answered by every candidate, independent of the role he or she is applying to. 1) Provide your 3 milestones of your year as an LCVP and explain their importance for AIESEC Javeriana’s future. 2) List your 3 main strengths and how those are useful for your EB Member year and also your 3 main weaknesses and what you are doing to overcome them to be a better EB Member. 3) Based on SWOT Analysis With a TWOS Matrix describe Which are the three main proposals (Drivers) for 2014 that will drive your area towards achieve each one goal and be remarkable and success? 4) Please describe what should be your role as LCVP and your role as an EB member. What are the main differences between both of them?

1) iGCDP projects have 2 main characteristics: • Solve a social issue that the country has and provide for the GCDP participant a cross-cultural living experience. • Opportunity to create a social impact and personal development (always focused in develop entrepreneurial and responsible leadership). Taking the points mentioned above into consideration, what are the main social issues that your city has? What are the products (from the national portfolio) that you can offer to solve those social issues and how are you going to execute it? How are you going to guarantee to the intern the hole GCDP experience?

2. Make an analysis of our matches in 2013 and the number of countries we
matched in Colombia and in your local entity. How are you going to improve the position of your Local Entity inside and outside IGN? Describe the monthly work (from January to December) of a person/team in charge of matching. The main activities of that month and also how they are going to guarantee those activities. (For example, what is going to be your promotion plan or the weekly minimums to guarantee that you are going to match those forms, etc.). 3. Explain in detail what will be your goal of RA-MA-RE to achieve at least 200 XPs, and the 3 main strategies to achieve it. Please explain deeply your strategies for grow like never before. Also identify focus market to approach. Include a Bussiness Intelligence of International Supply and Demand, Propose 2 strategies to improve this Analysis. 4. Please make a RA–MA –RE for 2014of each product. Analyze the market of your city about our National Products. What are the main strengths and weaknesses of each product in our reality?

1. Explain in detail what will be your goal of RA-MA-RE, and the 3 main strategies to achieve at least 200 XPs (Don’t have into account SU Area). Please explain deeply your strategies for Multiply and Single Xs. Also identify focus market to approach. Include a Bussiness Intelligence of International Supply and Demand, Propose 2 strategies to improve this Analysis. 2. Identify the main bottlenecks of the area according to each phase of the EP Flow including the efficiency rate (Applicants – Ra and Ra – Ma ) and propose clear & different strategies to solve them. Besides explain how each strategic area can support these solutions. 3. Please showcase a promotion plan for the Summer peak in 2014. How will you ensure synergy between the other portfolios to succeed in the promotion peak? 4. Please make a RA –MA –RE for 2014 of each product.
iGIP 1. Build an iGIP sales plan and RA-MA-RE for the semester in which you use at least two different strategies to contact organizations more than cold calls, with performance indicators, weekly and daily goals and number of members required to meet the area goals taking into account rotation and efficiency percentages. 2. Taking into consideration the current situation of our city, mention 5 sectors that should be the focus for 2014. Explain why it is an opportunity, what are the products (from the national portfolio) that you can offer to those sectors and what value proposition the companies of those sectors receive with AIESEC talent in their companies? 3. According to your last answer, mention which countries will be the main suppliers for each one of those sectors. Please, mention 3 countries per sector and 2 LCs of those countries that could be your main suppliers. Provide statistics to support your answer 4. What is your precise strategy to improve the CRM initiatives that IGIP needs to develop in order to better capitalize our current stakeholders?

oGIP 1. Analyze our current segmentation inside each University of our segmentation and determine: a. Subproduct Focus (MT-TT/IT-ET-Engineering-Other). b. Goal setting per subproduct and selling strategies for each university in each month. 2. What is your precise strategy to increase the efficiency rate (Applicant-toRA, RA-to-MA) in the program? Include a Bussiness Intelligence of International Supply and Demand, Propose 2 strategies to improve this Analysis and achieve more than 100 XPs. 3. Describe 3 strategies to guarantee a good delivery (post match) of experiences in your term. and what do you do to ensure the co- delivery strategy. 4. What is our actual time for matching a form since the EP is in available and describe 3 innovative strategies to improve our match and decrease the time for matching a form to maximum 20 days since the EP is in available
SU 1. Winch universities do you propose to work with and elaborate the RA MA RE for each of them (According to historical data approached) and what are the sub products from the national portfolio that you will offer to each University/Institute according to a supply and demand analysis from Myaiesec.net 2. Create and Explain who will you manage the following aspects: A) Area Structure B) Volume management C) Sales driving focus 3. Design two strategies to have the best approach to our Market Universities with GCDP Outgoing, taking into account the proper synergy to work with ER – MKT – oGCDP and TM. 4. Make a sales and tracking plan to guarantee the positioning of our products and continuous sales, knowing the distances between the universities.

Describe 3 strategies that will take your LC to increase the membership efficiency during your term. What behaviors do you want to see in your membership, and how are you going to shape them to improve the organizational culture in your LC? What are the main synergies you have with each exchange area and how would you work with them in your term in order to contribute to GCDP & GIP growth? Define the IXP goal for GCDP and GIP program and 3 main new strategies to achieved the goal taking into account the lack of consume of our own products. Taking into account our growing like never before, design a Sales Development Program (SDP) adapted to your local reality in which you specify when, how and who will deliver each block or module. Include also a rewards and recognitions plan for the membership according to a system you propose to track both; the members' performance and development. How will you manage the OnGoing Recruitment all year long? Make a calendar execution plan.
ER 1. As LCVP ER, what would be your 3 main strategy to have strong and long-lasting relations with Universities by CRM plan? What do you need to add now in the portfolio offered to them? 2. How will you support ICX to sell TNs in Universities? Which Universities would you select to sell ICX, which products and Why? 3. According to the pool of Universities: • What would be your strategy to increase our results in universities such as UNIMINUTO, COLEGIO MAYOR, UNIAGUSTINIANA, CUNDINAMARCA, NACIONAL in synergy with SU and MKT Area? • What would be the best synergy with SU? • Please make a list of the programs we should focus on for each University in 2014 (TLP, TMP, iGIP, iGCDP, oGIP, oGCDP) 4. MKT 1. Draft a timeline of main recruitment/promotion of our ELD Programmes' peaks in a year. Include PPRR Plan for Media. 2. Based on that, build the ideal structure of your team and list 3 key strategies to guarantee all the support happening according to the demand. 3. Do an analysis of the different programs of AIESEC (OGCDP, OGIP & TM) that we do offer in all the universities taking into account the Product Life-Cycle theory. List and explain 3 main innovative activities to guarantee the correct promotion of our TM and OGX programs, in order to have a better positioning and more applicants 4. What is the next step that PPRR needs to have in order to have a better relevance in our LC? Which will be the focus markets and what will be the portfolio offered? 5. In the new marketing, how will you manage NPS, taking into account that every exchange area will have NPS Managers but MKT is the one in charged of the track?
F&M 1.
Analyze the status of every exchange program within your entity and state it's main bottlenecks, what changes do you need to implement with financial strategies to enhance the entity's performance. 2. Please show a time-line (each month) showing your entity’s: • Administrative model (e.g. TMP/TLP recruitment, OGCDP RA, NatCo, etc) • Legal necessities. • Financial obligations regarding the national compendium. 3. What will be your sustainability and investment plan of AIESEC Javeriana beyond 2014? 4. How will you ensure the governability of AIESEC Javeriana in 2014? 5. What will be your financial goal, and how will you make the member's to understand it and work for it? 6. Explain briefly the support you want to give to our exchange areas and the auditing procedure proposal.

1. Suppose your entity cannot use the channels that have been used traditionally in AIESEC. Which new channel do you propose, how would you use it and why? 2. Describe briefly the organizational culture of your entity. Propose what would be the ideal organizational culture you would like to see in your entity. Establish a transition plan from the current one to the ideal one you proposed. 3. Establish ten (10) processes that will benefit themselves from IT programming and development inside the LC. Choose the three (3) most important ones and thoroughly expose your solution and the time it will take for the LC to observe the results. 4. Develop a detailed plan in which the KM process is transformed towards usefulness for EBs and MMs 5. Describe briefly and in an innovative way, what will be your contribution and synergy with the core areas in order to increase our exchange results.

1. Describe the Delivery & quality processes we have manage during the realization peaks and describe what should be the next steps and how are you going to guarantee the financial sustainability of the area? Write down at least 3 strategies you are going to implement to guarantee your NPS score in iGCDP-IGIP is always between 9 and 10. (Please use NPS in your Local Entity actual data to sustain your arguments). 2. Taking into consideration the current situation of our city, design a housing plan to host 100 trainees in summer, proving high quality experiences to the hosts and the trainees as well. Establish a series of steps that guarantee there is no NPS score below 8 and there are no Quality cases to handle nationally. Take into account IXPs and Leadership in each Experiences. 3. How will guarantee the synergy among F&M, ICX and your area to maintain a proper PROMISE DELIVERY to our TN Takers, trainees, hosts and buddies.? 4. Define a Tracking tool to have a daily/weekly control of each incoming XPs delivery. 5. Elaborate a timeline that includes: - sales plan and execution for the housing product - sales plan and execution for the buddies product - Logistic needs Explaing how will you manage this products
