Our Goal Engage and Develop Every young Person in the world by equipping them with 4 leadership qualities: being solution oriented, world citizens, self aware and being able to empower others.


Global Talent Its an AIESEC product that is focused on working with startups and SMEs, by bringing talents mainly with marketing, sales and IT backgrounds to them; Our global internship program duration is set to be minimum 6 to max 78 weeks long; Current lead time for us is 1.5 - 2.5 months. That is the estimated time period between our contract signing and until the moment when selected intern arrives in Latvia.


The Global Entrepreneurs Its another product of AIESEC allows small and medium-sized startups to have access to high-skilled graduating students joining their team, boosting their growth and competition in the market. The program brings University students from an AIESEC committee around the world to work for a period of 810 weeks in startups in other countries, aiming to apply their knowledge acquired during studies as well as other extracurricular activities to a real world business.

Our Employer Branding Spaces YouthSpeak Forum Workshop Our workshop spaces provide an opportunity for companies to access global youth reactions, opinions, brand perception, and build a strong employer brand within a group of global youth leaders.

Conferences Speak and interact directly with the top leaders of AIESEC at the leadership conferences held throughout the year.

Partnership Launch A platform for organizations to showcase their partnership with AIESEC, communicate their vision and values, provide knowledge to delegates on a specific topic/theme, and highlight internship and career opportunities. Audience: 100-200 AIESEC members (depending on conference)

Case Study: AIESEC & Partnership steered by: Pia Hovland | Electrolux VP Talent Management Global Talent Management Swedish Head office

Business Need: AIESEC sourced talent is the strategic resource in key business processes. Eg: Marketing, Sales and Innovation. Long term leadership recruitment aimed to develop and retain top leadership talents Leverage on specific skills and competencies acquired by AIESEC talent (Leadership soft skills, engineering specific skills and entrepreneurial outlook/globally minded) with a clearly defined sourcing strategy to grow the business in specific focus regions.

Outcomes: Long term leadership recruitment strategy worked really well since the beginning of the partnership. AIESEC talent now forms the leadership team of some of the core strategic business units. AIESEC program used to scale up operations in newly acquired markets in Asia Pacific and Latin America. AIESEC currently represents the main provider of talent to Electrolux with 40 internships annually and retention rate of 55%.

Global Entreprenur Process - contract signing and first part (200 EUR) of the administration fee payment; - pre-selection: AIESEC will be short-listing all the candidates and introducing the best ones to the company ; - company's final selection: Company is making final decision by selecting from short-listed candidates through online Skype interviews, tasks evaluations, phone interviews, etc.; - preparation: cultural and visa/residence permit preparation facilitated by AIESEC; accommodation search (Company is not held responsible for looking after intern's accommodation, AIESEC is helping interns deal with that issue); - arrival of the intern, first day of work at company ; - administration fee closing payment - after the intern's first day at work, company pays the second (last) part (200 Eur) of the administration fee
