Workshops Workshop where organizations and youth interact in order to learn methodologies in how to impact Latvia and themselves. Delegates get to learn more about entrepreneurship, and get practice and feedback about pitching ideas in 2 minutes, along with learning about story telling through data from infogram .
Action Space The youth delegates took their learning and insights from the day into a space where they were able to co-create ideas and solutions with their peers and experts in the room. The aim is to switch their ideas into actions that each stakeholder can take forward to contribute to the theme of the day, resulting in commitments and projects that organizations and stakeholders can support.
Winners
We had more than 11 ideas and potential projects, and after they represent them the jury took their time to evaluate them and gave them all feedback. In the end we had 4 winners who get a free internship with AIESEC to anywhere in the world they would like to choose.
About AIESEC is the world’s largest organization for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential through practical team experience and cultural exchange opportunities. Our belief is that sustainable, informed and globally-minded leadership can help us solve many of today’s challenges, we provide young people with a global platform where they grow in confidence, gain experience and can perhaps fail but learn fast. Each year, we create cultural exchange and overseas internship opportunities for Latvian youth and bring in international talents to work and experience the life in Latvia.
