About Teach Spain Project Teach Spain es is a project of AIESEC that aims to improve the language skills of children and YOUTH in Spain, in order to prepare them for the future and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goal number 4- quality education. Specially the 4,4 that aims to increase the number of young people and adults that have the necessary competences to get jobs and improve the employability and work decent. ÂżWhat is our reality? Spanish youth have 2 main big problems: education and unemployment. Drop-out rate: Spain is one of the countries in Europe with the biggest drop-out rate of students in the high schools. Because of this, students find themselves un prepare for the future. Youth Unemployment: there is a big a GAP between what we study in our education panel and what the market is asking for. Because of this, we have the second biggest youth unemployment rate in Europe, nearly 46%. Languages: Spanish youth is still in the last positions in the ranking of level of English. When we finish high school we don't have enough level of english to enter in the international labour market that we are more and more part of. Through this project you will be contributing to the Global Goal number 4 and to the educational system in Spain ,teaching english in different cams to children, in a interactive and funny way, interacting with them in activities, sports and games.
