For AIESEC, success is defined when we can count one experience as realized(RE): when a member starts to work with his or her team according to our global standards, or when a trainee arrives his or her destination and he or she Is ready to work at the organization provider of the internship.
Since of period 16.17, the entire organization change the measures the realized to complete (CO) the experience, where not only the experience will be in realize, but the experience will be fulfilled with the 16 exchange standards, this approach will be consolidated in the 18.19 term. Based on our Growth Model, we selected OGV as a focus program, based on historical data and financial develop of the local entities , and that we would have ICX as jumping programs because they could be grow nationally and international rankings. At the same time, we administer the IGT program at the national level with our corporate alliances and the IGV program in two local entities.

“In my exchange experience I learned that guatemalan are very warm, kind, who love their country and their roots. I learned to help and to be helped, since their generosity and life stories they taught me many things. I learned from their customs, from their meals. I learned to value the small, and at the same time great things of life, to love more my Argentina and my own; I learned to see the world from another perspective. Anyway: I loved Guatemala. I describe it beautiful, from its people to its landscapes. I lived there unique experiences, climbing a volcano, a mountain; or wake up seeing the green of the landscape, see their women dressed in their typical costumes, their children laugh, and listen to them speak with that unique and particular accent. There is no other country like Guatemala, I recommend it for anyone who wants to live experiences that transform and mark their lives for the better.”
Trainee de Argentina
“I learned that Guatemala is BEAUTIFUL. The people are so rich in culture, the food is amazing, the land is gorgeous. The people in Guatemala are so happy and pure and full of love. I learned that I need to be more thankful for what I have in the United States, because the people in Guatemala have less but are more happy.”
