DEAR APPLICANT, It is a great pleasure that we are launching the CONACTION ‘18 Organizing Committe President application process.
A national conference is always a challenge, as it involves a huge responsability within the network. Being in charge of the next OC is going to be a great and exciting experience, we encourage you to leave your confort zone and to take part in this journey, which will impact all the memeber within our entity. Dare to make things happen! This booklet contains all the necessary information about the congres, the job description and the application procedure.

The person fully responsible of the conference organization in terms of logistics and organizational goals of the conference. Has to communicate effectively with the Conference Manager in order everything to be perfect. Also de OCP has to make sure that all the OC members are living a unique and unforgettable experience.
Job Description 1.
Select, manage and track de OC Team

Create, manage and review the conference plan

Report regularly to the Conference Manager
4.
Decision making of unplanned events.
5.
Plan, track and execute the planned actions within the budget of the conference.

Ensure good communication flow among the OC team, Conference Team, Conference Manager and Facilitators.

Ensure that the activities of each OC member are being 100% executed.

Presence at all times and first responsible of the conference organization.

Post–Evaluation of the conference.

State the AIESEC Conferences you attended and your role on each one. Mention one thing that made each of these conferences special and unique.

What are you relevant AIESEC experiences and accomplishments to this position?

What is your motivation to apply for the OC at CONACTION?
4.
Write a letter to the entire membership explaining the feeling and the learning that congresses leave and your commitment to them that will make CONACTION 2018 unique and the best for them. (Remember that new members will attend)

How are you going to manage your time to give excellent results for this conference. (Create a timeline from TODAY to AUGUST 9, where you have to fulfill your MoS).
Your application package should contain: • Contact information (Picture, name, mail, cellphone and actual position in AIESEC) + Fully answered General and Specific Questionnaires in PDF format (10 slides MAX. - You can make your app in ENGLISH or SPANISH) •A good quality picture (PNG-JPG Format).
