DEAR APPLICANT, It is a great pleasure that we are launching the CONACTION ‘18 Organizing Committe Vice President application process. A national conference is always a challenge, as it involves a huge responsability within the network. Being in charge of the next national congress is going to be a great and exciting experience, we encourage you to leave your confort zone and to take part in this journey, which will impact all the memeber within our entity. Dare to make things happen!

Conference Responsabilities: 1.
Ensure that all conference rooms, guest rooms, and meals are set up properly before each session.
2.
Responsible for providing all necessary materials to the Facis and hotel staff
3.
The OC has to be available physically during all the conference and its preparation
4.
Work with the Faci Team, MC, and OC to ensure that all necessary equipment is at the conference
5.
Handle technical set-up and all technical difficulties. Also, during conference usually means that all OC members will be working on Logistics.
Is responsible for registration, attention and communication with delegates. It should propose quick and effective solutions to each of the delegates. Bring the application, registration, acceptance, of the delegates before the congress (creative way) and provide the best experience for them, and report to the OCP
Is the person in charge of managing and controlling the financial resources, income and expenses of the event in order to guarantee and carry out a sustainable event. Responsible for verifying agreements with sponsors and creating a risk plan, and report to the OCP
The VP and CST are in charge of responding to all the logistical needs for the event, which mainly includes: luggage, transportation, meals, materials, audiovisuals, snacks and different session needs, responsible for ensuring the flow of sessions and logistics satisfaction, and have to report to the OCP
Is the person in charge of branding, emotional feeling, motivation, expectations and positioning of the conference. It is responsible for the design, launch, mailing, digital management of the conference image, providing a positive, innovative, visual and understandable image of all the conference, and have to report to the OCP.
