1 The MC experience is one of the strongest in the organization. Experiencing AIESEC under both Team Member Program and Team Leader Program, an MC member is qualified for an intense team experience leading the whole entity of AIESEC in Greece. Accessing the vast global network of AIESEC as national representative of the entity, one develops on both personal and professional perspective.

The Role The Member Committee Vice Presidents’ (MCVPs) prime responsibility is to develop the National strategy and Direction and guide AIESEC Greece, Local Committees (LC), and all members in achieving AIESEC Greece mission and long-term direction.


1 Ensure common mentality & direction

Responsible for the creation and implementation of national strategy Track and analyze the national performance Representatives of AIESEC Greece in the Global network

Build & Facilitate national conferences and meetings Responsible to implement the Global Strategy based on the National Reality Provide education & support to LCs on National Strategy Design initiatives & projects to support National Plan & Growth Provide platforms for LC collaboration and innovation


2 Develop overall national strategy and direction

Gain overall and deep knowledge on the internal and external reality Support the Drivers with projects, initiatives and Campaigns Nationally Coaching and tracking the progress towards the goals set Building and organizing National Conferences and meetings

Communicating with AIESEC International Be present at global virtual and physical meetings Ensuring the implementation of the Global strategy Ensuring the positioning of the country in the global network

Giving the general direction to LCVPs on the functional area and provide education needed Giving customized support according to needs and performance

Coach the functional team


2 Keep legal state of AIESEC Greece

Upgrading of Legal status

Ensure that MC Managers supports the MC operations and the LC development strategy

Ensure MC Manager’s transition and Year Plan Delegation – tracking coaching Responsible for their development


3 Who should apply Anyone who has been LCVP, LCP, or MC Manager experience. For anyone who does not meet these requirements, please contact renata.pylarinou@aiesec.net and barbieru.daniela@aiesec.net to obtain eligibility.

1. Sent your application package until 30th of March 2016 20:00 GMT+2 Any application package that will be send even with some seconds later will not be validated 2. The application process consists of the submission of the Application Package, which will be followed by Pre-screening process, qualifying the official candidates and the official applicants will receive a personality test which should be submitted in 48 hours from the request. 3. The Election process will be held on 4th of April. 4. For the election you have to be given the vote of confidence from the National Plenary. After this qualification the candidates will receive a profiler test and will go through an Assessment Center and the Interview by the Selection Committee.
