FUNCTIONAL COACHING Provision of direction to LCVPs in the functional and education when needed Provision of customized support to the new OD Model Coach the Functional Team
LEGAL MANAGEMENT Respect and protect the legal state of AIESEC in Greece Upgrade Legal Status of entity
MC MANAGERS MANAGEMENT Ensure MC Managers support the MC Operations and the LC development strategy Ensure MC Managers’ transition and year plan Delegation ,tracking and coaching of MC Managers Responsible for their development and experience
INTRODUCTION The Member Committee Vice President for Incoming Global Volunteer is the prime responsible for developing the National Strategy and Direction for the IGV sector in AIESEC in Greece in Local Committees and all Members in achieving the set goals
SPECIFIC JD Ensure common Mentality and Direction in the sector Responsible for the creation and implementation of national IGV strategy Track and analyze the performance of the IGV sector Provide Education and support to LCs according to the OD Model in the area of IGV Design Initiatives and Projects to support National plan and growth of the sector and entity Provide platform for LC Collaboration and Innovation
ACCOUNTABLE TO MCP MCVPs Functional IGV
Who can apply? Previous experience in LCVP, LCP, MC Manager is considered eligible to apply. IGV background highly recommended. EU and LATAM citizens preferred.

GENERAL MC PROVISIONS Accommodation is provided from the time of arrival up to end of July Salary is Provided (200 euros) Conferences costs are covered by MC Budget Personal expenses and food are covered by MCVP The MC works in the MC office located in Athens The applicants should be ready to move to Athens directly after selection and working full time up to the end of the term. Based on the country, an amount of financial support for tickets to Greece will be provided.
