Job Description Responsible to: MCVP F&L Duration:
From 12/06/2017 to 31/07/2018
Role:
Overall responsible for the coordination and the implementation of all the national conferences and the EuroXpro 2018. The role is requires physical presence in Athens.
Responsibilities: • Recruitment and transition of the OCP and OC • Creation and tracking of the conference project plan • Communication with the Agenda Manager and the chair • Responsible for the venue and transportation for the delegates • Constant communication with the appropriate responsible for solving all the issues during the conference • Partnership management with the conference and in-kind partners • Reporting on progress of the conference to the MCVP FL • Creation of report after the conference Requirements:
Good AIESEC understanding, communication and project management skills. At least PM experience.
Preferred:
EB experience / OC experience

Case study Imagine that you are as a Conference Manager at the national conference of HeADCo and the case is the following: You are at the 2nd of conference. The OC members have tasks to do, but they are not working in the best way each other. The faci team is complaining about the cooperation with the OC responsibles. Your OCP cannot manage his team. What are your action steps in order to be delivered a very good AIESEC conference to the delegates and the OC will perform at the rest of the days.
