With honor, joy and a lot of enthusiasm I am writing these words to invite you in this journey to find the leader within you and take the opportunity to be one of the people that will lead AIESEC in Greece to its mission, to be the youth leadership movement that will shape Greece. The previous years we showed that it can be done, we can be the organization that continues to grow despites the challenges & transmitting impact in the Greek society. For the next generation I envisioning one AIESEC in Greece with courageous people that they will overcome any limit and will fight towards our goals and our mission & our only responsibility will be to progress ourselves, our entity and our country because that is our call, to be proud AIESECers in Greece! • The salary is ~200 Euros (the salary will be finalized after the budget creation of the next term) • The accommodation is provided and covered to the MC Flat • All National Conferences are covered
• Trainings will be provided by externals to cover the needs of the team • All selected MCVPs needs to be present to Athens by 5 to 15 of June for transition

Launch of Applications 1. Send your application package
Any application package that will be send even with some seconds later will not be validated 2. The application process consists of the submission of the Application Package, which will be followed by Pre-screening process, qualifying the official candidates and the official applicants will receive a personality test which should be submitted in 48 hours from the request. 3. In order to proceed with the process you need to have confidence vote by the LCs. The process will be held on 23/2/2018. Your confidence vote will be assessed by your application & from a round of virtual Q&As from the LCs.

1. What does it mean to you to have all entities being sustainable? Based on your answer, how do you assess overall AIESEC in Greece’s sustainability currently? State the 3 main reasons that you believe that it is this way?
1. How do you evaluate the AIESEC in Greece contribution to A2020 roadmap so far? In the context of 1819 how could we move forward with the global A2020 roadmap and align to it?
2. How would you evaluate the way that we are assessing organizational health? Which are the indicators that should take under consideration and how should we use this data in our decision making, in every area?
2. Which should be the 3 focus strategies in order to maximize the capacity of all the LCs and be able to keep growing every year in all of the products that they are running?
3. In the context of 1819, which is the one thing that you believe MC should work on in order to achieve sustainability & growth in all of our entities? 4. What are the biggest challenges of the LCs in resources management for the term 1718? Which are the main things that you could take forward on 1819 to overcome these challenges?
3. How would do you see the expansions strategy & what this strategy offered the last years to the whole AIESEC in Greece? Which will be the 3 main things that you would do to evolve the expansions strategy and build new LCs in the next 2 years? 4. Which strategies you would suggest will you ensure that AIESEC in Greece constantly improves its products keeping simplicity and customer centricity?

What are the main milestones for Youth 4 Global Goals in 18.19 term? Please mention particular initiatives based on the Awareness - Understanding -Action framework.
