There comes a time in life where you are called upon making a call. A call to take on something that only a few get the honor to try for and even fewer get the honor to experience. A call that can give you the possibility to change the world on a scale you always dreamed of. I remember as if it was yesterday when I made this call last year and since then my life has never been the same again. It has undoubtedly been the best decision of my life. To be able to have the opportunity to lead an entire entity towards a common vision and direction, to see the power of this organization shaping thousands of individuals and to be able to give it direction is truly an experience of a lifetime. It is one of the most intense journey you can go through as an individual personally and professionally and has the power to shape you for life. It is surely not an easy decision to make but making decisions through overcoming your fears is part of life when you are MCP and this is the first step. You will be called upon to lead hundreds of young leaders through failures and successes, to represent this organization to the AIESEC network and to the society, to ensure that this organization keeps becoming bigger and better every day. You are called to be the guardian of the AIESEC Vision and its values, the messenger of the AIESEC Way and the person who must ensure that every single member in the entity understands and follows them. It is not often that one is called upon to take such a responsibility which makes this position one of the most special in the world. The context of this year is very special as this is the generation that will fulfill the dreams of so many generations before it. This year will see how far AIESEC 2015 takes us. A midterm ambition that pushed AIESEC forward like no other. This is also the fortunate generation that will envision the future of this organization and how it can shape the world. It is the time when AIESEC 2020 will be born and you will be called upon to be a part of creating it. AIESEC is becoming bigger each day and we are at a cross road where the direction we take now will define how much impact we can bring to the millions of young people in our society through this amazing organization. I wish you all the very best for this process and experience. Yours Always, Jimit Popat Member Committee President AIESEC in Greece 2014-2015
