Job Description Be aware of the LC vision and coach according to this Analysis of the current state of the LC (performance, operations running, culture of the LC, profile of LCP and EB team) Coach upon the FOBO and clustering | Tiering Specified support per sector Identify the role that the LC needs to play in the National Plenary (aligned with MC strategy) Be 100% aware of the National strategies , the National direction and the message that we need to pass Identify and empower the LC uniqueness Report and update LC coaching team after the touch points with the LCs Analyze the profile of the LCP according to if he is fulfilling his role or not Which are the main lacks of the LCP that he needs to empower him upon?

Weekly coaching meetings with LCP Participation in MC meetings (if needed) Participation in LCC meetings (weekly or biweekly) Prepare the agenda for LCC visits Report to the MCP on biweekly and monthly basis Deliver LCC visits Customize the strategies from the MC responsible Participation in National Conference if needed Accountable to MCP as LCC team leader
