Terms and Conditions for Participation in “Global Entrepreneur” campaign Please read this Terms and Conditions carefully before applying as a candidate for campaign provided by PwC and AIESEC. By accessing this, you agree to be bound by this terms and conditions. In case you get selected by AIESEC and PwC as Exchange Participant you have to follow this rules: Selection, Approvals and Realization Dates
1. Approval Process 1.1. After being selected by the company as a scholarship taker, Exchange Participant needs to start his selection process. 1.2. Exchange Participant needs to be officially approved in the system by the deadline 25th of December. 1.3. If Exchange Participant won’t be approved by 25th of December the company won’t pay his flight ticket and program fee. 2. Realization dates 2.1. The first day of internship needs to be from 1.11.17 till 28.02.18 2.2. In case Exchange Participant will be approved for the latest dates and start his work from spring, the company won’t pay tickets costs and program fee. 3. Breaking approval or realization 3. 1. In case Exchange Participant breaks the approval and can’t go to the internship because of health issues and sickness, he needs to prove it to AIESEC by medical report and the scholarship will be given to another person. 3.2. In case Exchange Participant breaks the approval and can’t go to the internship because of any other reasons, he needs to pay money back (covered coast of flight ticket and program fee) and internship will be given to another person. 3.3. In case Exchange Participant breaks the realization and can’t continue the internship because of health issues and sickness, he needs to prove it to AIESEC by medical report. 3.4. In case Exchange Participant breaks the realization and can’t continue the internship because of any other reasons, he needs to pay money back (covered coast of flight ticket and program fee)
Financial Coverage
PwC provides 200 euros for Exchange Participant which he might spend for flight ticket (both ways) or visa and 120 euros as a program fee plus 10 euros in case you are not AIESEC member. 1. The financial coverage coasts 1.1 If the coast of the flights is bigger than 200 euros PwC will cover 200 euros only. 1.2. If the coast of the flights is less than 200 euros PwC will cover the exact coast of the ticket. 1.3. Program fee will be fully covered by PwC
2. Process of the tickets booking 2.1. Once Exchange Participant got approved he need to book his ticket by his own money. 2.2. After tickets booking, Exchange Participant has to give the receipt to the Local Committee. Local Committee is obligated to pay this money back within 5 working days. 2.3. Exchange Participant is obligated to book his ticket before 12th of January. 3. Exchange Participant is allowed to book his/her ticket only after being officially approved in system. 3.1 If Exchange Participant will book the tickets before being approved AIESEC is not obligated to pay this money back. 4. Accommodation is provided and fully covered by AIESEC Hosting Committee
Requests from AIESEC and PwC
AIESEC and PwC are allowed to ask showcasing materials from you which might be photos during the internship or Video review after the internship. 1.Exchange Participant is obligated to follow the requests of the company and send all materials needed before the deadline. 1.1. In case requests from the company will be postponed or ignored AIESEC is allowed to ask to pay money back which is 200 euros and program fee. 1.2. The materials from the Exchange Participant can be postponed only in case of serious issues (sickness, personal issues that can be officially proved)
