Application Guidelines Guidelines for Application Questionnaire: 1. The application package is divided into 3 parts: - Your Curriculum Vitae (CV) (Page Limit: 1)

- Application Questionnaire (Page Limit: 5) - Endorsement from the LCP of your current entity (Page Limit: 1) 2. Your application will be rejected if the page limit for each section is not adhered to. 3. Deadline: 23:59HRS IST Monday (2nd March). No extensions will be granted. 4. The package uploaded must be named : Name _ LCName _ NST 5. “The General Questionnaire” and “AIESEC and YOU” sections are compulsory for all applicants. The specific questionnaire should be filled only for the respective portfolio roles. 6. Candidates may choose to apply for more than one role. 7.

If you have been an applicant in the first round: -A) You must apply again in full capacity. However, your application will be rejected if your specific questionnaire is the same. However you can choose the General Questionnaire, Endorsements and CV to be the same as the last application.


Guidelines for Submission: 1. The application package containing all the parts must be named in the format (Name _ LCName _ NST)

2. The podio webform - https://podio.com/webforms/11354942/797046 must be filled and the application package must be uploaded on the same. 3 All files in the application package must be in PDF format. 4. If you are facing a uploading issue on Podio please email the application directly to your MCVP and Rakshit (rakshit.m@aiesec.net) within deadline.

5.. Deadline extensions will not be granted under any circumstances.

Things to remember: 1. There is no right answer to the questions asked in the questionnaire. The application is to understand you and what you bring to the table for each role. 2. We encourage you to speak to MC members, Commission members and also refer to outputs of National Conferences/Summits for better understanding during the application process.

NOTE: Submitting the application does not necessarily mean that the candidate is selected for an interview. Interviews will be conducted based on need /according to the portfolio.

Job Description:

1. Research, customisation of proposal and sales in universities in the allocated region. 2.Training , coordination and follow up with LCs to whom the university is allocated.

This individual will be responsible for development of local committees in oGCDP for the region allotted.

Supporting & assisting LC VPs with program Tracking & reviewing development of program in the LCs Tracking implementation of national strategies & pilot projects in LCs • Tracking implementation & effectiveness of organization structures, JDs & new process flow in LCs • • • •

This individual will coach LC VPs 2015 of oGCDP and align them to the national strategies as per timelines. This individual will receive regular direction & support from MC oGCDP.

We have permission from Finance to invest upto Rs. 40,000 & I have 3 TLs + 12 TMs. What do you think I should do/focus on?

Email Marketing Manager

Time Commitment: 5 hours per week Brief Description of the Role The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for kickstarting a cool micro-content series of thought leadership newsletters for our blog subscribers on AIESEC.in. These newsletters will form an extension of the AIESEC Blog and vice versa, building a successful pool of people that engage with our website and social channels on a daily basis.

Background Required 1. Any experience of newsletter generation on Mailchimp/Benchmark or any other email marketing platform 2. Prior Experience in Social media Marketing

Job Description

1. Extraction of databases from the Website backend and creating email lists on Benchmark (our email marketing platform) 2. Creating the Newsletter Theme and Template for on a monthly basis for 3 months 3. Creating short, engaging ‘popcorn’ styled newsletters as per the Social Media Strategy for the AIESEC Brand 4. Assessing the Open Rate for all newsletters and increasing it on a 20% monthly rate
