Dear Reader, We are more than happy to present you another opportunity to join our team and organize AIESEC International Congress 2016 in Poland with us. International Congress will bring together 1000 young leaders from all around the world and connect them with different stakeholders to discuss and act upon the most important global issues. By bringing youth power to the heart of Europe we want to spark Poland and draw attention to its potential. With great power comes great responsibility. That’s why we are looking for brave people who would like to undertake the most challenging, yet the most unique and the best experience of their lives that will help them to develop their potential to the fullest. - Opened positions Position open only for applicants who speak fluent Polish and live in Poland. Position open also for international applicants.

- Working conditions1. Teamster positions are positions that require 2-3 hours of online work each day. Work of teamsters finishes on the 30th of August 2016. 2. Showcasing team members will be obliged to travel to 5 different cities in Poland to attend International Congress launch tour in April and May. Costs will be covered by CC budget. 3. Whole CC team moves in to Warsaw at the beginning of June 2016. Accomodation costs will be covered by CC budget. Same applies To IC conference fees.

4. CC team is a big (70+ people), international and multicultural team that requires communication in English. Work in CC team is mostly based on synergies so you can expect a lot of cross-functional tasks and communication. 5. Teamsters do not receive salary for their work.

January 2015, 11:59 p.m. [GMT +1].

2. Together with the application questionnaire in pdf format [max. 4 pages], attach one endorsment letter that is provided by a person you were directly accountable to inside the organization. Note: Any late or incomplete submission will lead to direct rejection of the application.

- Selection process 1. APPLICATION > 18th of January – 29th of January 2. INTERVIEWS (on-line) > 4th - 15th of February 3. Results ANNOUNCEMENT > 19th of February Induction – 25th – 26th of February Note: CC Core Team may reject candidates on each stage of the process.

- Basic info- List all positions you’ve held in AIESEC so far (with the dates). For each position list your 3 key responsibilities. 2. – List all conferences you attended (non-AIESEC conferences count as well ) and you find relevant for this application. Define your role there (e.g. delegate, volunteer).

- General questions 1. Why are you applying for CC Team of IC 2016? What do you want to learn from this experience? 2. What is the role of IC 2016 for AIESEC and for Poland? What would you like to see as a legacy of Congress for both – our organization and our country? 3. Imagine that your term as teamster of International Congress 2016 has just ended and you are asked to share your experience to a company you are willing to join. What will you say? Choose 3 most important things you would like to share with them.


- Functional questions -

1. List and describe 3 activities that could help to build strong relations with partners and ensure satisfaction and growth of partnerships. 2. List 3 companies that in your opinion are potential partners for International Congress 2016 and justify each of your choices.

3. Create a spreadsheet which could be used as a tracking tool for collecting and preparing logistics of partners or as a tracking tool of marketing activities planned and delivered for partners.


- Functional questions -

1. Imagine that you are responsible for recruitment of 30 (Polish and international) volunteers who need to start their work on 1st of August. Present draft of recruitment preparations and recruitment process timelines. 2. How can we ensure leadership development for all CC members? Give and describe 3 ideas. 3. How can we make sure that Team Minimums are being implemented before and after whole team moves to Warsaw? Define how you want to deliver and track it.


- Functional questions -

1. Pick one special event (Opening Ceremony, Global Village, Polish Night, Gala Dinner) and design an agenda of it. Mention specific artists and speakers you would like to invite. What should be the key message of this event? 2.

Write a letter of invitation to someone you would like to see as a special guest of 68th AIESEC International Congress. Encourage this person to take part in Congress and explain why this person would be suitable for this event. During which special event you would like him/her to perform?

3. What kind of skills and characteristics that you have can help you during work on special events of International Congress 2016? Mention at least five of them and explain each of your choices.


- Functional questions 1. How do you think, should International Congress 2016 be present in the Internet or not? How can we benefit from it?

2. Describe 3 biggest advantages of one of listed channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, blog, Snapchat). Why and how should we run this channel to promote International Congess 2016?

3. If you had the possibility to run a campaign about AIESEC International Congress 2016, how would it look like?


- Functional questions 1. If you had a freedom to create your own showcasing campaign at IC 2016, what would it be? Describe it in less than 200 words. 2. Please provide the link of your portfolio in terms of photography showcasing your recent work. 3. List the equipment that you can have and use during IC 2016. 4. List the name of software(s) that you can use around your expertise (for photography). Define how familiar you are with this software(s).


- Functional questions 1. If you had a freedom to create your own showcasing campaign at IC 2016, what would it be? Describe it in less than 200 words. 2. Please provide the link of your portfolio in terms of photography showcasing your recent work. 3. List the equipment that you can have and use during IC 2016. 4. List the name of software(s) that you can use around your expertise (for videography). Define how familiar you are with this software(s).
