Role of the Steering Team Steering Team is a strategic consultancy body created to provide feedback and recommendations for Member Committee’s plans and initiatives. Steering Team will be also responsible for co-creating and cascading strategies in order to achieve AIESEC 2015.
FEEDBACK To ensure value and usability of strategies and initiaves proposed by MC.
RECOMMENDATIONS To provide MC with recommendations towards undertaken focuses and initatives.
CREATION To create solutions in the crucial areas of organization’s functioning.
CASCADING To spread the direction within network and support MC team in implementation.
Eg. issues to be covered by Steering Team • Co-creation of Expansion Strategy • Participation in cascading national strategies to local chapters • Internal communication strategy co-creation
